Ohio-based CPA who specializes tax preparation & compliance with a large net of experience across many different types of tax & accounting Services include: Tax Preparation: Many types of individuals including multi-state/local, foreign, and gift tax; many businesses with Partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations; many types of trust tax including Simple, Complex, and Charitable. Experienced with filing with a majority of states with a focus on AL, AZ, CA, IN, IL, KS, KY, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, WI, as well as all KY/OH localities. Tax Planning: Includes both planning for current/future events through the use of provisioning and entity structure planning. Also, talking through various tax strategies such as 1031 exchanges or cost segregation studies. This can also include tax research for more niche or rare topics as they come up. Accounting/Bookkeeping: Coming soon, we plan to offer bookkeeping services as an add-on to help you worry less about the day-to-day of running your business, and giving you more time to focus on all of the other areas. In addition, having monthly bookkeeping can be a great benefit to easily track how the business is doing and make better-informed decisions should the opportunity arise. I’ve been working with Ben for my rental property finances this year, and I’m extremely impressed with their service. Last year, I turned my former Ohio residence into a rental property, and as someone new to real estate investing, I enjoyed their process as I learned a lot, and know more for the future! They helped me understand the various tax implications and made sure I was on track with all the necessary steps. Their knowledge and expertise were invaluable, and I felt confident in their advice. I highly recommend them to anyone navigating rental property or other real estate investments!

Ben is great to work with and really helped clear up a lot of the questions I had. I have 12 short term rentals using the STR loophole, and 4 LTRs. He helped me take care of those for this year as well as cleaned up a few mistakes my last tax guy made which resulted in a nice refund! I'm looking forward to working with him in the future!

This was my first time working with Ben for my 2024 taxes, and it was a fantastic experience. Ben handled the S-corp taxes for my wife's photography business, as well as our personal tax return. I found him to be much more prompt and professional than the previous CPA I worked with. I’ll definitely be returning next year and look forward to working with him throughout the year for tax planning!
