Chad is an awesome realtor. My sister and nephew referred him, as he had recently found my nephew a great condo. I was looking for either a house or a condo. Chad helped me decide that a condo would be the best fit for my lifestyle, and within a month, we found the perfect one, made an offer, now all settled in:) Thanks, Chad, for listening to what I wanted/needed and moving quickly to make an offer!!

My wife and I just bought an off-market, owner-occupied duplex with Chad. We wouldn't have found our deal without his network. He is a down-to-earth, great guy who knows real estate inside and out. His many years and projects in flipping houses have taught him well. Highly recommend Chad for investment property and personal home purchases or sales.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no clue the amount of work that went into buying a house! Chad did a phenomenal job walking me through the steps, was patient with me as I asked a million questions, and honestly made showings fun! We looked at so many houses and Chad never let me get defeated! I highly recommend working with Chad because he works incredibly hard to find a home for you and will provide honest feedback 100% of the time. 10’s across the board!
