We provide turn key owner finance homes to investors. Once we sell our homes, we then help the investor sell their home on contract for deed or a 30 year fixed lease option. Once the home is sold to an owner finance buyer, the investors return is fixed for 30 years- with no maintenance or tenant turn over. This provides a stable and predictable fixed return for 30 years for our investors. We personally own several homes on contract for deed as well as assisting investors purchase a turn key product for themselves. We have sold over 200 owner financed homes for ourselves and our investors over the past 2 years.
