Our landlord changed the house we were renting that was originally from Prime Properties (PP) over to another property management company but because PP had not updated their internal system/property portal, we were being erroneously flagged for late payment, late fees, and sent notice of the eviction process started despite the property no longer being managed by them. We had made multiple email and phone call attempts to speak with Seneca C , the PP staff member who reached out to us initially for the above, and even included the new property management company to assist but none of us were able to get through or receive any follow up from PP staff and so receiving the above notices caused undue stress for my family for several days. We finally got through and spoke with Thomas T. and learned that their systems were automatically sending out communication which showed to us that 1) the internal team does not update their system in a timely manner, 2) email communication is not effectively monitored, and 3) their automated systems lack any human oversight. Had these been addressed effectively then the property and our online portal would properly reflect with consideration the new property management switchover, communication back from PP staff to confirm the update, and no communication sent to us about late payment, late fees, or threat of eviction. There is a clear lack of someone or the team failing to review their online portal and properties effectively and our experience with this leads us to never want to be involved with a property managed by this company and it's team in the future.

One of the worst property management companies that I have ever dealt with they never answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. They told us multiple times that we are not paying our utilities through our rent portal app and we pay our utilities separate and put them in our name which we did yet they keep charging us our utilities each month with our rent. Every time we try and get in contact with somebody about this matter, it’s never resolved. Our move-in process was terrible. our utilities weren’t even turned on. No one did a walk-through the house Prior to us moving in The home was dirty and had bugs everywhere

Bear on the maintenance team at Prime Properties is the “Best”. He is very responsive with requests and quotes, he has even gone above and beyond to get additional quotes and estimates when he thinks a better price can be sourced. Nothing seems to hard for him to do, to keep his customers satisfied. I love dealing with him and he is a great asset to Prime Properties.

Maintenance is great - specifically, Bear was always very helpful and on time, going the extra mile to help explain how to do things that were my responsibility. Recommend.
