Marino is great!! He did everything we asked and way more. After months of trying to sell our house with a different real estate company, he got our house under contract and sold within a month. I highly recommend Elevation real estate with Marino!!!

Working with Marino Martínez was an excellent experience. He guided me through the purchase of my apartment with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care.
He took the time to explain every step, present my options thoughtfully, and ensure I felt confident throughout the process. His calm and attentive approach made what can be a stressful experience feel well-managed and straightforward.
He also speaks some Spanish — not fluently, but enough to communicate effectively — which made the experience even more comfortable when needed.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor.
