I worked with Denise Warfield to execute a complicated 1031 exchange. She is a great person - she is nice, polite, easy to talk to, informative, prompt, and doesn't give advice that only helps their bottom line if it's not the right move for you. This type of professionalism and honesty is hard to come by in this arena, and Denise meets and surpasses all expectations. I couldn't recommend her and 1031X more highly!

1031x, in particular Scott Davis, was great to work with. Since this was our first exchange, we had quite a few questions. Scott was patient and explained everything. He was especially responsive to our emails, and those of the title companies we dealt with. I would definitely use this firm again, and refer them to a friend.

1031X, and Scott Davis, was a great company to work with when we wanted to do a 1031 exchange. They made the transaction easy and seamless, always responding to phone calls and emails quickly. They were not only professional to work with, but were very personal, as well. We felt like we knew them as friends. We highly recommend them and plan to do more business with them in the future.

Scott is very knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt to all my questions. He made the entire 1031 exchange process (selling one property and buying two) remarkably easy and smooth, especially considering it was my first time. I'm glad I chose 1031x and highly recommend Scott to anyone considering a 1031 exchange.

Scott Davis and his crew really got things done for us. It was a tall order and he set up our complete 1031 exchange transaction with two days notice before the closing - . Haven't seen that before. Also very quick and thorough getting all parties involved. Super efficient and excellent rates. A friend recommended him so I tried him and I can't say enough about the great service. Thanks!!
