I hired Demont Campbell Jr two years ago to build a house in Dallas. I gave him and his company Urban Nest Development $47,500 for the initial phase. I was misled and deceived, after four months of very little work on the project I terminated the contract and asked for all unused funds to be returned. Till this day he has not returned any of the money, he walked away with stealing over $35k. Please look up pending lawsuits and judgments against him.
