As a loan broker, I worked with over 30 banks and private lenders, and I never had such a good experience with any other lender as i had with Cake Mortgage Corp.
I got an account executive named Henry Manukyan who is extremely helpful at every step of the way and makes sure deals go through and close.
The main advantage of Cake is that they never cancel a loan at the last minute, unlike many other lenders. If they approve a loan, they ensure it goes through.
I highly recommend brokers to partner with Cake; you will not regret it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, from the very first phone call, they sounded sketchy, but we gave them a chance. During the loan process, my sister found a significantly better offer elsewhere. The loan officer couldn't match it and, instead of being professional, tried to get her to change her mind by talking down the competing company—which is ironic, considering how much worse their own behavior turned out to be. Once she chose to go with the better offer, they completely refused to cooperate. They wouldn't handle the necessary transition work for her or the new company and actively refused to release the appraisal report that my sister had already paid for. We have filed a formal complaint with the banking regulatory authorities.

Just closed a deal with Mel and Jeffrey—they were great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend them for DSCR loans. I typically work with other lenders for non-QM deals, but decided to give them a shot, and they did an amazing job. Looking forward to working together again. Thank you!
