I do not generally write reviews but I am very disappointed in the service provided with this company. I do not recommend. The agency is not locally based though it appears that they are, which is challenging in itself as they are very hard to get in contact with. There is very poor follow-up/communication through the leasing process. For this reason, even though I had tried to work with them for almost 2 months, I terminated my contract before they could place a tenant. Even now, almost a month out from terminating, they have yet to return my keys. Very poor service.

They have been great in dealing with our problems and great in dealing with our needs. I recommend them to everybody and I have been with them now for some time and the response, communication and they're way to always find the right person to fix and help out it's amazing something I wasn't expecting thank you Kerry for your understanding and Donni for your help accros the mechanics and helping me communicate with who I needed at times I needed it most. I honestly wish I could give more stars.

I have had an extremely positive experience overall. Everyone on the team who have been primarily handling my management are excellent, helpful and thorough including Annie, Kerry-Ann, Kahalia, Donnie, Holly. The same is true for everyone else I have dealt with. Having a whole dedicated team working together is giving me great peace of mind.
