For nearly 25 years, I’ve worked in higher education, including six years as a graduate program director and award-winning graduate student mentor. Rik was able to get the transaction done. I had another realtor post my house for sale for 2 months with no updates and no prospects. Rik found a buyer within a month and even got them to close quickly. I highly recommend working with him.
