For nearly 25 years, I’ve worked in higher education, including six years as a graduate program director and award-winning graduate student mentor. That experience taught me the value of patience, guidance, and service—qualities I now bring to real estate. Having bought, sold, and managed rental property myself, I understand the process from both sides. Working with Rik was truly a blessing during our move here. Buying a home while relocating to a new area felt overwhelming at times, but Rik made the entire process so much easier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer our questions and explain each step.

Rik was able to get the transaction done. I had another realtor post my house for sale for 2 months with no updates and no prospects. Rik found a buyer within a month and even got them to close quickly. I highly recommend working with him.
