Horizon Wealth & Tax Advisors is built for real estate investors. After my husband and I purchased two short-term rentals in 2025, we needed more than a filer, and Horizon delivered. They guided us through the material participation requirements for the STR strategy, helped us pick the right cost seg provider, and made sure our Schedule E captured every legitimate deduction. They also stacked in strategies most preparers never bring up (the Augusta Rule and a hire-your-kids structure we actually qualified for). The result was the best tax season we've ever had, by a wide margin. If you're a real estate investor who wants real strategy alongside compliance, this is the firm.

Came to Julius after my previous CPA had me paying the IRS on years I was actually losing money on my fix-and-flips. He's the first tax advisor I've worked with who understands how this business actually operates. That the settlement statements matter, and that every buying, selling, and closing cost has to flow through the Schedule C to show the real P&L of a flip.
He amended my 2023 and 2024 returns and prepared 2025 as my new CPA. All three years moved in my favor, roughly $29K combined. If you're an active flipper and your CPA isn't working through your settlement statements line by line, it's worth getting a second set of eyes on your returns. Highly recommend the team at Horizon Wealth Tax.
