Managing a rental property is an uphill journey with many twists and turns. Don’t make the trek alone. At Uplift Property Management, we perform extensive market research and analyze each property on macro and micro levels to develop a detailed plan for success. We are your go-to property manager for all your San Diego property management needs. All our management fees are based on a percentage of incoming monthly rent. That means that we only get paid when you do. We also GUARANTEE our zero hidden fee management. We never charge extra for leasing your property, coordinating maintenance, or managing large projects. When you become an Uplift client, we will take care of your property like it is our own investment.

Long story short - I am a tenant. My old Pm didn’t fix anything I’ve asked , lots of miscommunication, and just an horrible experience. Uplift ( Megan) just took over my unit maybe a month now, and so far they have been great!!!! Literally go above and beyond on getting the job done with great communication and service !

I had a chance to work with three employees at the Uplift Property Management Office. I worked with Stephen, Getting started with the application, getting approval, and making sure I knew everything I was getting into. Very lax and professional.
I was then taken care of by Jorge, A very bright sounding voice and positive energy. Took care of me when Stephen was putting out fires elsewhere. He made sure anything I wanted or needed was done in a timely manner.
I would also like to thank Daisy for keeping her composure and staying professional when I was stressing about certain things that were already taken care of. Thank you, Daisy
Such a great team they have and my place is amazingly well built!
Felt like a real home from the start and my cat is loving her 1st yard and outdoor experience.

Although I've had several hiccups with previous managers within this company, I was finally paired with Stephen who has been nothing but great in spite of the mess he was thrown into. He is clear, responsive and professional, and has been able to address and help me with all of our issues.

Bonita Court Apartments is a nice place to live. Quiet and Peaceful. Manager Karla is doing a great job!!! I love the playground/ basketball court. It has been completely renovated and well-lit. Thank you, Manager Karla
