About us
Managing a rental property is an uphill journey with many twists and turns. Don’t make the trek alone. At Uplift Property Management, we perform extensive market research and analyze each property on macro and micro levels to develop a detailed plan for success. We are your go-to property manager for all your San Diego property management needs. All our management fees are based on a percentage of incoming monthly rent. That means that we only get paid when you do. We also GUARANTEE our zero hidden fee management. We never charge extra for leasing your property, coordinating maintenance, or managing large projects. When you become an Uplift client, we will take care of your property like it is our own investment.

We are deeply greatful for Kelli's help finding us a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. She was so helpful and kind. We could tell she was genuinly happy to find us a place to live.

As a landlord, uplift has made everything easy and stress free. From easy to read portal, great contractor referrals, and the peace of mind our home is taken care of. Specifically, property manager Megan Green. She has always had clear and precise communication, which has made the last 2 years a no brainer and will continue to use for future properties.

I would give zero stars if I could.
The management was awful. My son lived in a roach-infested property for over six months, and despite submitting more than a dozen maintenance requests, the issue was never properly resolved.
To make matters worse, we consistently paid around $115 per month for water, but the final bill was nearly $500—even though my son was no longer living in the unit because of the roach infestation.
The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and honesty was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend renting from this company. Stephen Montgomery aka Monty was rude and never helped handle the issues.

Our landlord Kelly has made the move in process very welcoming. She is friendly and attentive. Edson, the maintenance man, is also knowledgeable and has been helpful. The grounds are quiet and nicely kept. We hope to live here for a long time.

A few additions to my review of Vista Bonita Apartments (Uplift Property Management)includes the sense of community here - our neighbors are warm and friendly and I believe we owe that to our manager Dawn Diaz who is the driving force behind it. From the well-organized events like our Christmas Party and this year a Lunar Celebration too, to the general upkeep of the property, she clearly cares about making this a great place to call home. Highly recommend her management style and her as a person.

Extremely happy with this company. Thank you for having Lorraine there in the office! She always ensures my work orders are taken care of the same day. She has also been doing a top notch job at keeping the community clean and looking amazing!

Lorraine Paniagua located in the Cajon property is fantastic. She is really helpful and makes her tenants feel welcomed. She is also so great at organizing holidays gathering for her residents. Her property always looks clean and peaceful.

Kellie is a great apartment manager. She’s incredibly friendly, always full of positive energy, and genuinely fair in everything she does. What stands out most is how she treats everyone with kindness and respect—whether you’re a new resident or a long-term tenant. I’ve worked other property managers before , and Kellie is by far the best. She makes living here a great experience.

We chose Bonita Court mainly because of the immediate connection we felt with Kelli, the manager. Of course the very reasonable rent helped and the grounds are nice….but Kelli’s warmth and energy , dedication to customer satisfaction and obvious desire to see that things are done well really impressed us. NOT the usual experience one has with a property manager. She’s really an asset to your company!
