About us
Managing a rental property is an uphill journey with many twists and turns. Don’t make the trek alone. At Uplift Property Management, we perform extensive market research and analyze each property on macro and micro levels to develop a detailed plan for success. We are your go-to property manager for all your San Diego property management needs. All our management fees are based on a percentage of incoming monthly rent. That means that we only get paid when you do. We also GUARANTEE our zero hidden fee management. We never charge extra for leasing your property, coordinating maintenance, or managing large projects. When you become an Uplift client, we will take care of your property like it is our own investment.

Brianna was so helpful during the application process. She was quick to respond, had a wonderfully positive attitude, and didn't laugh at me when I couldn't figure out the mailbox haha! Thank you Brianna for being awesome.

I recently was in the market to rent and Brianna McCormick helped us find the perfect fit. She has a high standard of professionalism and she is very personable. She has helped navigate us through the entire process of renting and always responds within same day. She has made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I am very impressed with the new on site manager at villa del cerro. Taylor is very responsive and on top of things. The buildings look so clean. The laundry rooms' new washers smell so clean. She is always answers all my questions on the clock and off the clock. Way to go Taylor!

I am new to using Uplift Property Management for my rentals so I don't have much to go on but all my interactions with Brianna have been wonderful! She is knowledgeable about the area's rental market, straight forward, thorough, and prompt with all correspondences.

Tamara was such a huge help to me! I had some questions about my statements, and she took the time to go over everything in detail, making sure I fully understood. I really appreciated how she made a complicated process feel simple.

During our stay at a property that Brianna and Jorge at Uplift manage, they were kind, attentive and prompt in their replies to us. Very refreshing to have a property management that actually listens, as opposed to ones that don't care. These guys do. Thank you for the good experience guys.
