I'm well-versed in long-term rentals and house hacking, and I specialize in helping investors succeed in the Milwaukee market. Seth was great to work with. He took care of things when they needed to be done. Everything was signed and back to me asap. The closing got pushed back because the mortgage company that gave the pre approval, decided not to give buyer financing. He connected buyer with another lender that closed on the deal in 2 weeks.

Seth was nothing short of impressive when helping my wife and I purchase an investment property from out of state. Purchasing a property from 1500 miles away can be very daunting but Seth put our minds at ease and made sure to walk us through the entire process! His communication and professionalism are top tier! I had such a great experience working with Seth on a recent Milwaukee investment property. He was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire transaction. The deal took some unexpected twist and turns, but Seth stayed cool and collected as together we kept the deal moving and kept all parties informed. Amazing agent and very knowledgeable on the Milwaukee investment market. Bring me more buyers Seth, would love to do another deal together!!
