I’ve known Charlie and his family for years, and they are truly some of the most down-to-earth and genuine people you’ll ever meet. That same authenticity and integrity carries over into their business. The team is incredibly professional, hardworking, and extremely trustworthy, which makes the entire real estate process feel smooth and stress-free.
They also do a phenomenal job marketing and advertising themselves online. From YouTube to Instagram and TikTok, their content is engaging, informative, and adds an extra layer of professionalism and trust. He presents himself with intention, communicates clearly, and carries himself in a way that reflects discipline and a solid work ethic.

Charlemagne is a unique human. When I say he’s a unique human I mean that as in I never met someone like him in 22 years of living, I’ve known Charlie since high school and the one thing he’s always consistent with is helping out people he cares for. Now I know everyone does that but Charlie cares about you in the first moment you meet, he’s always there when you need help and he’ll always be there when you feel the need of guidance. He is always looking for the best for everyone even if you just met him, he’s a hard worker in any field he is in. Charlemagne and I did fencing and when we’re in a pinch and short a fencer Charlie stepped up to fill in his spot(mind you Charlie never fenced in that blade) but for the team he was all in and adapted. I’d say that would be the quality I admire the most, the way he adapts and accommodates in any circumstances he’s in.
