I rarely do reviews but wanted to do so to share my experience with Rentals America (Mesa branch). They are a fantastic company to work with! We were relocating from Seattle area to Phoenix area and were searching online to find a house to rent in Arizona and saw a rental in Gilbert that we loved and was listed by Rentals America so reached out to them and was able to secure the rental through them. The agent we worked with at first was Diana who was very nice and very helpful with the front end process and once everything was set up Stacey took over as our property manager who is awesome and has taken care of us since! We love our house rental and happy to work with nice people who are attentive to all your needs and communicate well! They certainly made the stress of moving much easier! Highly recommend working with Rentals America! Thank you!

If I could give this rental company 0 stars I would. I would have rather had a brick wall as my landlord instead of Carrie, it would probably be more responsive. The amount of issues we had at our house and the time I had to take off work to get them all fixed was ridiculous. Lock in cause this is gonna take you a minute to read through. We had a water leak as soon as we moved in that took over 17 days and multiple times of me reaching out to hear an update about fixing it. The microwave did not work from the very beginning, it took a month to get replaced. We did not have a working dishwasher the first 4 months of living there. And guess what? I had to reach out multiple times to get an update. While waiting for the dishwasher, leak number 2 was detected in the spare bathroom and another maintenance request was made. Didn’t hear anything until I reached out, shocker. One month later, now we have no hot water and another leak!! Water heater needed replaced and surprisingly they fixed it quickly, so that’s baller. Bare minimum from a rental company but still baller. One month later, middle of August in Arizona, NO AC!! A WEEK BEFORE THEY FIXED IT! In between all this we had another 2 leaks throughout the house and 2 ceiling fans that needed replaced. Still to this day never heard back about one of the ceiling fans. Alright now we’re smooth sailing for a couple months. Until… TERMITES! In the kitchen! and I’ll let ya guess how long until it was fixed, 2 WEEKS!! So I could not use my kitchen for 2 weeks because there was termites falling from the ceiling and all over my counters. Got absolutely 0 compensation which is so bonkers. Paying 2.3k a month and didn’t even have a kitchen that I could sanitarily use. Also need to include that that house was absolutely disgusting when we moved in, sticky floors all over the house, trash alllllll over the backyard. That house was the definition of a landlord special. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures they had listed online. Also anytime I would call Carrie to follow up on something because she wouldn’t answer to my texts/ maintenance requests, her phone always had “something wrong with it” and I got hung up multiple times. Ok my rant is done, don’t rent from this company.

They made transitioning my property hassle-free and handled all the initial details with great efficiency. Their management and support system is top-notch. Whenever an issue arises, communication is prompt, and their system makes tracking maintenance and updates entirely seamless. A special shoutout to my property manager, Rebecca. She has been absolutely phenomenal. Rebecca is proactive, highly responsive, and handles everything with a level of professionalism and care that gives me complete peace of mind. If you are looking for a team that genuinely looks after your investment, I highly recommend Rentals America—and definitely ask for Rebecca!

My property manager, LaTosha Spencer, was very helpful throughout the entire process of getting my property back in shape and ready to rent. She was professional and friendly, as well as quick to respond with any questions or issues I had. Once the property was listed on the market, she got qualified applicants within a couple of weeks. Appreciate the great service. I would highly recommend Rentals America.

I highly recommend Jason Black at Rentals America. Throughout our experience, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He consistently returned our phone calls promptly, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always friendly and courteous. What stood out most was his dedication to excellent customer service. Jason was responsive, reliable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personable approach. I have many questions regarding the pool and landscaping. The pool is very low on water. The landscaping has many weeds. I'd like to know if the landscaping and pool maintenance are included in the rent? Does the landlord pay the HOA fees? I am a realtor and my clients would like to submit an application.

They have consistently done an excellent job of placing qualified tenants and promptly handling any maintenance issues. Most recently, when a tenant moved out before the end of their lease, Rentals America successfully collected the early lease termination fee without any issues. I highly recommend their services based on their professionalism and efficiency.
