I rarely do reviews but wanted to do so to share my experience with Rentals America (Mesa branch).
They are a fantastic company to work with! We were relocating from Seattle area to Phoenix area and were searching online to find a house to rent in Arizona and saw a rental in Gilbert that we loved and was listed by Rentals America so reached out to them and was able to secure the rental through them.
The agent we worked with at first was Diana who was very nice and very helpful with the front end process and once everything was set up Stacey took over as our property manager who is awesome and has taken care of us since! We love our house rental and happy to work with nice people who are attentive to all your needs and communicate well! They certainly made the stress of moving much easier! Highly recommend working with Rentals America!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rentals America. From the very beginning, the on-boarding process was incredibly smooth, organized, and transparent. They made transitioning my property hassle-free and handled all the initial details with great efficiency.
Their management and support system is top-notch. Whenever an issue arises, communication is prompt, and their system makes tracking maintenance and updates entirely seamless.
A special shoutout to my property manager, Rebecca. She has been absolutely phenomenal. Rebecca is proactive, highly responsive, and handles everything with a level of professionalism and care that gives me complete peace of mind. If you are looking for a team that genuinely looks after your investment, I highly recommend Rentals America—and definitely ask for Rebecca!

My property manager, LaTosha Spencer, was very helpful throughout the entire process of getting my property back in shape and ready to rent. She was professional and friendly, as well as quick to respond with any questions or issues I had.
Once the property was listed on the market, she got qualified applicants within a couple of weeks.
Appreciate the great service. I would highly recommend Rentals America.

I highly recommend Jason Black at Rentals America. Throughout our experience, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He consistently returned our phone calls promptly, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always friendly and courteous.
What stood out most was his dedication to excellent customer service. Jason was responsive, reliable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personable approach.

I have many questions regarding the pool and landscaping. The pool is very low on water. The landscaping has many weeds. I'd like to know if the landscaping and pool maintenance are included in the rent? Does the landlord pay the HOA fees? I am a realtor and my clients would like to submit an application.
