I’m Jason Malabute, CPA, CTC, MBA — a real estate-focused tax strategist and investor with hands-on experience in STR, MTR, LTR, BRRRR, fix & flip, buy & hold, house hacking, and 1031 exchanges. I’ve personally invested in single-family and multifamily value-add projects across Atlanta, GA and Indianapolis, IN — including as a General Partner syndicating 342 multifamily units. At Malabute & Company CPAs, we specialize in bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, and proactive tax planning — all tailored for real estate investors. Since 2013, I’ve been helping clients maximize tax savings and build long-term wealth. But I’m not just a CPA — I’m also a real estate investor. We've had our Real Estate Fix & Flip company for 4 years now, have worked with 4 other groups, but JASON MALABUTE & ALYSSA, their company is hands down the BEST CPA/ACCOUNTANT/BOOK-KEEPING company we've worked with! We had a very complicated business accounting challenges, and they helped us square everything! It's also a HUGE DIFFERENCE that they already also specialize in real estate businesses accounting. They are VERY WELL VERSED & KNOWLEDGABLE in our business, especially on what we needed to do to get our finance & accounting in the place where we want it... which is ORGANIZED & CLEAR! Cannot recommend them enough, and we've been recommending their company to all of out other Real Estate Business Owners & Flippers. If you're still thinking about it... definitely get on a zoom call with them so they can analyze your current situation! They are very nice, humble, professional, and amazing to work with! :)
