First I want to thank Kari for all of her assistance and sweet nature. It was pleasant to deal with someone in Vegas that is kind hearted as her. From the time I moved in the few issues I have had she responded swiftly and always followed up . She respects our privacy and is always so kind. I even caught myself wanted to wish her a happy new year from my family thats how awesome she has been to me and my family

Kari with Rentals America has been absolutely wonderful to work with as our property manager. She is always responsive, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are handled quickly and smoothly.
Whennever we have a issue she has someone come out right away to get things fixed quickly and efficiently. Kari communicates clearly, follows up, and makes the whole rental experience feel easy and stress-free.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in supporting both the property and the tenants.
We really appreciate her help and highly recommend Kari!

We had a great experience with Rentals America Las Vegas while waiting for our new home to be built. Both Nicole and Kari are wonderful to work with. So professional, yet personable and always so helpful. While we had few issues during our 2 year stay at the property, anytime we did need to reach out, they always responded very promptly and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We are in our new permanent home now and don’t plan to have to rent again, but if we ever did, I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize their services again.

Working with Nicole has been wonderful! It was our first time renting out our property and we had no idea where to even start. Luckily, we met Nicole and she immediately took all of our stress away! She made sure that we understood each step of the process and consistently stayed in touch with us even to make sure we were feeling okay about the process. We decided to move up the rental date on our property and she was on top of it! She scheduled everything and worked everything out while I was out of state! The service Nicole has provided has been phenomenal and I am SO HAPPY I chose to go with Rentals America. If you’re looking for a rental manager I highly recommended her!
