We came from Progress rental company and WOW what a difference. Kari has gone above and beyond with assisting us with any and all concerns as we adjust to our new home. She truly has been a tremendous help and our experience thus far has been great.

Rental America has been stress free and always easy to work with. I currently work with Kari Thornton and is very knowledgeable and her experience shows. I have nothing but positive interactions with her and Rental America. Kari is quick to respond and has numerous options if you can't decide on how to proceed with your renter issues. 5 stars!!!!!! for sure!!!!!!

I am very please to do business with Rentals America. Kari Thornton is my Property Manager for quite a while now. You can trust her to take care of your all rental properties. She is always been there for tenants and as a landlord. When you want to call her she will answer unless she is in the meeting and when she is done she definitely will call you back. She is the best for the business.

We had a great experience with Rentals America Las Vegas while waiting for our new home to be built. Both Nicole and Kari are wonderful to work with. So professional, yet personable and always so helpful. While we had few issues during our 2 year stay at the property, anytime we did need to reach out, they always responded very promptly and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We are in our new permanent home now and don’t plan to have to rent again, but if we ever did, I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize their services again.

I want to applaud you for your outstanding website and your program of informative ideas.
I also want to thank your agent Kari Thornton for taking her wonderful service a step beyond. I have two new homes in Las Vegas that she is managing. She always responds to my questions & issues in a timely manner. She takes great pride in her professionalism & has the product knowledge to back it up.

Working with Nicole has been wonderful! It was our first time renting out our property and we had no idea where to even start. Luckily, we met Nicole and she immediately took all of our stress away! She made sure that we understood each step of the process and consistently stayed in touch with us even to make sure we were feeling okay about the process. We decided to move up the rental date on our property and she was on top of it! She scheduled everything and worked everything out while I was out of state! The service Nicole has provided has been phenomenal and I am SO HAPPY I chose to go with Rentals America. If you’re looking for a rental manager I highly recommended her!

If you're looking for someone to find you a good tenant for your property? I highly recommend Nicole with Rentals America. I bought my house in Las Vegas December of 2020 and after speaking with a few other property management companies. I decided to go with Rentals America. They offer guarantees most other companies don't offer and Nicole has always done a great job. I don't stress and I can relax knowing my property is in good hands.

Me & my Wife recently bought a new home and needed to rent out our current home, fast. We set appointments with multiple different property managers to better make our decision. After meeting with Nicole Chavarin from Rentals America Las Vegas we felt confident she would best represent us. She showed genuine care, honesty & work ethic, made us feel like we were in charge & investing in a partnership, not just a property manager. We followed her lead & advice concerning the rental pricing, etc. Within a week she found a tenant that passed with flying colors. She’s easy to work with, good at communicating, the whole process thus far has been smooth & stress free. I definitely recommend these guys! Nicole is great and we are very happy to have her as our teammate!
