Brandon arrived at our appointment full of insight and helpful information that made this process much easier for my family. I wasnt sure what to expect and honestly didnt expect this level of care. He knows his stuff and is so easy to relate to and communicate with. I would recommend him to anyone who is on the fence about what needs to be done. He gives you all the information needed to make an informed decision and has the connections you need to execute the plan. So glad to have met him.

Being out of the state of SC and have to deal with the sale of the property may be a difficult task, but thanks to Brandon we sold the property in recort time. We were ready for a long wait but the knowledge and experience of Brandon make this easy and fast for us. We appreciate his help because we know he did more than he has to. It wasn't just his work as realtor but also his ability to listen to us and give us answers to other issues that we may had during the process. Brandon did an outstanding job in all aspects of his job and beyond. He was on top of everything that was going on and was in constant contact with the lawyers office and the buyers agent. It could not have been any smoother.

Brandon did an amazing job with helping me sell one of my rental properties. I was an out of state seller and he had great market connections for a contractor to help get it ready to sell. He also provided excellent pricing advice which allowed me to get top dollar. He is on top of his game and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Brandon was a God send when we were trying to move our aging Father out of state. He provided great recommendations when we needed to fix things. He did a fantastic job juggling communications with Dad and his two concerned and engaged adult children. Everything was smooth and I would happily recommend him.

Brandon Marin was critical in the sale of my father's house. When we first considered selling, Brandon came in and consulted with my father on recommended updates to make, several months prior to being ready to list it. He had great recommendations on vendors to help with different things around the house. He handled a difficult situation gracefully, my father with two bossy daughters, living in different states, but over-involved anyway. He understood the assignment, get it sold, and he did. I think from listing to closing was under two months! I highly recommend working with Brandon! He did well by our family.
