We’ve only been using Bellhaven’s property management company for a couple of months. So far we’ve only been through the process of listing our property for rent and searching for tenants. We have not used the property management company’s services yet for any repairs or problems with tenants. But so far they have been easy to work with, communication has been very clear and quick, and once we set rent at a reasonable rate, our property was leased and occupied within a very short time frame. From what I’ve experienced so far, I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent out properties.

Lindsay was awesome to say the least. I was a first time home buyer and did not know what to expect. She walked me through the whole process and kept me very informed along the way. She is very open and honest with every detail. For me there was a time where I had to ask when the bad stuff happened because it was all so smooth and easy with Lindsay I couldn’t believe it! I would highly recommend her to anyone! I will definitely be going to her again anytime I’m in the market.

My realtor, Lindsay Bell, was the BEST! She went above and beyond when it came to looking for my first home. Any questions I had, she answered honestly and gave helpful examples. She was very knowledgeable, informational and patient. I highly recommend Lindsay as a realtor. She never once rushed me or put me in an uncomfortable situation, and I appreciate everything she did to get my family and I into the home we wished for. She also gave us the sweetest housewarming gift, and we will forever be grateful for her and our overall experience!
