If you’re looking for tax preparation pros, look no further! We had the best experience doing our taxes with this team. We were specifically looking for expertise with real estate investments which they are the best in. They are so professional and knowledgeable and answered our questions every step of the way. Not only did they do our taxes for this year, they helped us complete a revision for a previous year and were able to find us a significant amount of returns that we would have otherwise left on the table. Looking forward to working with them for a long time to come.

Daniel and Dan both did an outstanding job. They helped get my old returns amended and navigated my current return after switching over from another firm. Great service and would highly recommend.

Daniel and Dan are great tax partners to work with and I can't speak more highly of them. I needed to find a reliable CPA firm to help me with my personal tax as I run a short-term rental real estate investing business. They are very knowledgeable about real estate related tax rules, walked me through the ins and outs of topics such as cost segregation, short-term rental, bonus depreciation etc. They helped me successfully filed tax return and materially enhanced my tax situation. Their service fees are very reasonable for the professional service and care they provide. Daniel is a very professional, tech savvy and helpful accountant. In a very old-school and antiquated industry. He provides really useful tools for beginner owners and investors getting into real estate. We had 2 sessions to discuss all the accounting factors around owning a rental. Most professional services only care for the big guys, but to get there you need good support and I can trust Daniel to help me out. Great work Daniel and looking forward to continue to work together.

Knowledgeable, responsive, and pragmatic advice for beginner real-estate professionals.
Daniel and My Online Accountant are very approachable and willing to take time to field your questions. They are the only accountants I saw that offer a great introduction package, giving (2) 1-hour sessions to teach you about real estate accounting. This was excellent as it made me much more confident in asking the right tax questions, prepping my bookkeeping, and being ready for tax season.
I used their services for filing in 2022 (for 2021 tax year), and the process was relatively easy, and they had one of their partners call me to review my return personally and make sure all the details were correct.
