My experience with this leasing agency has been excellent. They are easy to work with, and the rental process was very smooth. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and efficiently, without any issues. I would definitely recommend using them.

I want to share my experience with this team of realtors. For the first house, I decided to apply on my own, and throughout the entire process, I called constantly to check if they needed anything else or if any documents were missing. They always told me everything was fine. After more than a week of persistence, they told me to wait for a call from someone named Yesenia, a call that never came. In the end, I had to call again myself, and that's when they informed me that to reserve the house, I had to pay, something they never mentioned at the beginning. Then they moved me to another house, assuring me that this one was almost guaranteed for me. Four more days passed, and again, they told me they had given it to someone else. In short, they made me waste time and money, in addition to maintaining very poor communication. Unfortunately, the way they handled everything suggests that they don't like serving Hispanics. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and transparency with all their clients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with HCO Leasing has been unprofessional, stressful, and full of contradictions. I was told I was next in line for a property after an existing HCO tenant had “first dibs.” I was fully prepared to pay immediately without any issues. Instead, I was given the runaround for days. I was told multiple times ( Wednesday) that if the other applicant didn’t pay, I would be able to secure the home on Friday. By the end of that day, I received a confusing, copy-and-paste message saying: “No one ahead of you has paid. That is where it’s at currently… we don’t want to tell you to move on but we can’t take your payment. Upper management says that’s where it’s at.” So not only did no one ahead of me pay, but they still refused to accept my payment even though I was next in line. The lack of communication, the contradictions, and the avoidant responses were extremely unprofessional. They stopped answering calls altogether and would only send vague texts that told me nothing. Given that the property was clearly never available to me—despite their own staff repeatedly telling me otherwise—I expect my application fee to be returned immediately. It is unacceptable to advertise a home, take application fees, and then block applicants from securing the home with misleading and inconsistent information. HCO Leasing wasted my time, my money, and my energy with their carelessness, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and rent from a company that actually knows how to communicate and operate with integrity!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Regina Jone at HCO Leasing Working with Regina from HCO Leasing Property Management has been amazing. She helped us analyze the property we bought, walked us through what made sense financially, and made the whole renovation and repair process super easy. She took care of everything and kept us updated the whole way. Once the work was done, Regina got the place ready for the rental market and listed it quickly. Thanks to her, the property looked great and rented out fast. She’s professional, helpful, and really knows her stuff—highly recommend!

Another rental company had the house i was in. HCO Leasing took over with 3 months left on lease before i was due to move out. However when i did move out. I cleaned the entire house, which was not that way when i moved in. I fought and fought for deposit back and found out i was charged for 400$ deap cleaning, 50$ for trash, 745$ for paint, 250$ for carpet cleaning and the was 2 spots that cat messed up was not wholes, need patch work 200$ each spot which was called wholes when not. They lied to me about when i would get deposit back was also told there was no discrepancies in the pictures, but yet they kept all my deposit and chrged me for new paint, cieling fans, trash which was not there, wholes that weren't there, just neede patch work from cats. When i called them out i got the run around and now answers. Instead they said i was blowing up there phones. I got no call backs or anything. When i finally got tired of being ignored, a higher up emailed me and said he could do 300$ of mu deposit back. I said why are you charging me for all these prices when i have documentation of everything including pictures. They also half way fixed the house. The deposit should have came back to me except what the cats messed up. Which is 400$. I should have gotten at least the 995$ back. Its standard for 200$ carpet cleaning. Which left 995$ and didn't get it back. They took over the house with 3 months of my lease left. I had to pay a fee to pay rent and go to wal greens, caseys or pay on line. How can a company do this to a person who is diabled always paid rent on time along with everything else to make sure I would get my deposit. I have alwaya gotten my deposit back. However, there are companies out there that take advantage of people especially when they aee diabled and did what they were supposed to do. If you rent from this company don't expect your deposit back because you won't ever see your money. Instead they will take advantage of you, especially if you are disabled.

We saw a house we were interested in renting. Went to tour within 2 hours of it being posted. Paid the application fee, submitted the application, gave them everything they needed. Called the office the next day and got the run around but were told everything looked good and that they would make a decision by that afternoon. We never received a call back. Contacted them the next day and were told that our name was not on the "list" I called 2 other people asking why the home was still posted and allowing other people to pay the fee and apply. Got zero callbacks. Something is off with this property management company. Poor organization, communication and imo it's very dishonest to keep taking people's money for "application" fees if they already have a renter? This was the first time we looked at a property by HCO company and will more than likely be the last. I don't know what is going on in their office but they 100 percent need a new Office Manager.

Update 6-14-2025: They are giving gift cards to anyone who rents from them, or uses them to manage their properties, to leave a 5-star review since they are unable to receive nice, genuine reviews. Oh, and we still do not have anything fixed from the previous reviews and pictures. Update: this company can’t respond to work orders in a timely manner, but can immediately respond to negative reviews. An actual joke of a company. Do not use them. Do not lease from them. The only thing worse than this company is our landlord who hired them to take over his run down properties. My husband and I have been living in a house for 10 months now and out of 15+ work orders, we’ve had 1 thing fixed, which fell apart as soon as the maintenance man left. Any request we put in has either been mark cancelled or completed even though the problem still exists. The landlord, Kyle Lobue, does not care for his properties and outsourced his work to a company who also doesn’t care. The backyard fence is falling apart so badly that I’ve been bitten by the dog in a neighboring property when trying to patch the fence so my dogs couldn’t get through. The siding on the front of the house fell off during a storm in January, hit my car and broke my windshield and the siding has still not been fixed. We look like hillbillies. We have a leak into the backyard whenever we run the washing machine and no one seems to care at all. My most recent breaking point was them attempting to come and complete some of the work orders. We set up a date and a time, I left work early and cancelled my child’s swim lesson, all for them to not show up or even call to say they wouldn’t be arriving. Worst company ever. Worse management ever. Do not recommend. Do not give them your money. Do not use them to manage your properties.
