Matthew from Pryceless Ventures is a scam artist. He borrows money and doesn’t pay it back. He securitizes properties that he doesn’t own, he is a con artist and had scammed over 20 people. DO NOT get involved with Matthew.
He bought my house with money borrowed from an investor in December of 2024 in a “subject to” mortgage. He made zero payments on the property and allowed squatters to take over the property. 19 months later, no payments made on the house which poorly affects my credit. He lied many times and is not a reputable investor, stay away at all costs.
