HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... ZERO stars... I tried typing my entire review but apparently it is too long... For almost over 2 months we moved into a townhouse in Compton Heights/ Fox Park - 2140 Nebraska Ave. and for that time frame it was horrible. The townhouse had leaked multiple times, resulting in sever water damage. The townhouse was disgusting from move in. Avenue is a horrible company to work with. Our move in date continued to be moved. As anyone that has moved with movers, the closer to the move in date, the more money it costs and it isn't cheap. In addition to the multiple times of having to cancel and reschedule moving the day before or the day of. The "Property Manager,", Anthony Zamacona isn't any better... between the gaslighting, ignoring text messages and calls, and being completely ridiculous. I will include pictures and will try to add the write up I originally created that was too long... It is long but well worth the read to never use this company ever again… I have much more details to share as well. I don't even know where to begin and I normally never leave reviews but I feel like this is one that needs to be shared.. I was not able to upload the videos of the active water leaking in the light fixtures, light switches, or walls

Dave Mertens is the best agent. He helped me buy my first home almost 10 years ago. Then he help me sell it in 4 days! Then as a professional property manager he was able to help us find a rental until we're ready to buy again. All around great experience with Avenue.

The photography he set up was superb, and his knowledge of AI was what sold my home. However, his knowledge of the St. Louis area, and of the real estate business itself is exactly why I highly recommend him.

Aaron and his team are absolutely amazing!!! Not only do they manage 16 of our rental properties and do a fabulous job, but let me tell you about a miracle purchase that they executed flawlessly. We live out of state, but my husband grew up in St. Louis. He and his grandfather spent over 30 years as stone masons, building amazing homes all over the region, but especially along the Mississippi Riverfront. In the back of his mind, he always wanted a home overlooking the River. Since we lived 2500 miles away, all he could do was look online at his favorite area and wait for a home to come up for sale. It took 3 years, but finally he saw the one…the house that he had to have. One phone call to Aaron and he took the lead and ran with this for us. We trust him so much that we bought the house Without ever seeing it. He was our eyes and our voice, looking out for us every step of the way!! We will never be able to express the gratitude that we feel for everything that Aaron did for us….. a childhood dream ….. now our reality!! You are the best … thank you so much for everything!!!
