I’ve had a great experience working with Bartomeo Property Management. They are truly a top-notch operator. One of the biggest advantages is that they often already have qualified tenants ready before a property is even listed, which keeps occupancy high and minimizes vacancy time. They’ve consistently helped place good tenants quickly and efficiently. Adam, Jessica, and Cindy are all wonderful to work with — professional, honest, responsive, and easy to reach by email or phone. They genuinely care about both landlords and tenants, and they take great care of the properties. They also provide access to a qualified handyman at a very reasonable hourly rate, which has been extremely helpful. I’ve had Amazon and Home Depot items shipped directly for installation and everything was scheduled and handled smoothly. I highly recommend Bartomeo Property Management to any landlord looking for a reliable, professional property management team.

I am a currently living at one of the properties this company has taking over. I second my neighbors review on this page. We to are also breaking our lease and not paying due to having multiple repairs not being fixed. Takes over a month for RDG to get someone out to help fix with maintenance issues and they still have yet to (actually fix it). We have had over 7 other neighbors break their lease in less the a year at this property.Ontop of the large late fees they dont tell you about when you sign you lease. This new company is very unprofessional aswell.We have already packed up our entire unit and are leaving the state after our eviction. Dont trust these people.

Went into check out there units available, all of them were full of dead german cockroaches all over the floors and inside cabnets, and this was over four units i toured, all full of dead roaches . They did not bother to clean before showing units. This place will also charge a 300$ late fee everytime you are late on rent. Highly recommend you find a different professional company to rent from. Very rude people.
