After a difficult experience with my previous property management company, hiring Bartomeo Property Management has been a significant upgrade. They are attentive, communicative, and honest—no sugarcoating, just clear information and practical solutions, which I truly value as an owner. Jessica, my primary contact, has been outstanding. I have a particularly challenging tenant, and she has gone to great lengths to manage the situation professionally, patiently, and thoroughly while keeping me well informed every step of the way. It is clear she genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I’m very grateful for her efforts and for a management company that follows through! Highly recommend.

They are the best. I have dealt with a multitude of reality companies in the past. Their entire team in Cape Coral, Florida is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable, professional and hardest working team that I have ever seen. Within less than a week my application, background checks and approval was completed. Whether you are buying or renting this my friends in the company to deal with. (10 stars to Jamie)

I have never had such a great experience moving into a new place! This company is absolutely amazing! From start the process, to actually moving in, they have been nothing but helpful. They respond immediately with any of your concerns and are always so friendly. Highly recommend checking out their properties if you’re looking to rent.

We rented a property from Bartomeo Property Management for 3 years and if we weren't relocating back to Ohio, we would still be renting through them. The portal was user friendly. When work orders were submitted, the issues were addressed the next morning. The maintenance staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with. Even after Hurricane Ian, they were in the office addressing our needs and seeing how they could assist.

We decided to change management companies for our property in Florida over a year ago. It was one of the best decisions we have made since buying the property. This management company is responsive, Professional and reliable. If you’re looking for a management company, we highly recommend Bartomeo Property Management!!

Posting this review as a tenant, but I too am also a landlord. If you are looking for a company that will manage your property with integrity and pride this is your company. They are so responsive to all our needs, if something has to be fixed, they get someone to get it done. It’s been a night and day difference from the original property manager we had to this company. You won’t go wrong signing them on to take care of your property.
