Unfortunately, I can't give them zero star, which they don't even deserve. I would never trust Bartomeo Property Management with another property. During the time they managed my duplex, no routine inspections were ever conducted even I asked them several time to conduct inspections, and after one of the tenants moved out I discovered damage to the refrigerator, vinyl plank flooring, microwave, and other parts of the property that should have been identified much earlier. Instead of repairing this mess, they decided to move out and created a bunch of false charges after having decided to terminate the contract. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly request financial records and question charges instead of receiving a transparent final accounting. As an owner, I expected professionalism, accountability, and protection of my investment. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. Based on my experience, I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and cannot recommend Bartomeo Property Management to any property owner.

I am highly displeased with our three-year experience with this management company. We moved into a dirty home that was already infested with rats and littered with dead roaches in the cabinets. Despite the fact that pest control was involved for two and a half years of our tenancy, management failed to ever actually resolve the rodent issue. Dealing with an ongoing pest problem for years while paying rent is entirely unacceptable. Now that we have moved out, the company is attempting to enforce a standard cleaning fee and charging us for items we never had. We documented the initial filth with photos and videos, which we provided as proof. Shockingly, management has admitted they have no records or documentation proving the home was cleaned before we arrived, yet they still refuse to drop the charges or reimburse us. This company expects tenants to pay for their lack of oversight and preparation. I strongly advise prospective renters to look elsewhere if they value cleanliness, honesty, and professional communication.

I have been renting with Bartomeo for the last 5 years. Due to my family expanding I am now moving! I could go on and on about this company and how great it’s truly been to rent with them. During Hurricane Ian they made sure I was taken care of and I will always be thankful for that! It’s very bittersweet leaving this place I’ve made home but I just want to say thank you to everyone at Bartomeo !!! Thank you so much for a great 5 years !

After dealing with other property management companies that left our property sitting vacant for months without a single result, switching to Bartomeo was the best decision we ever made. As an out-of-state property owner, it is always challenging to make a change to a new property manager as you need to rely on phone conversations and reviews. During our first call with Adam, we felt very confident that we had found our new property management company. Jessica made the process seamless in working with our prior management company to transition historical data and has been prompt in responding to any of our questions that we have had since onboarding. Since they have taken over the management, they have provided prompt service to reported maintenance issues and have been proactive on repairs found during the inspections. The last couple of years has had significant changes in the rental market and we have appreciated the market reports sent periodically.

This company has been managing my properties for a few years now and they have been amazing. All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and do an excellent job with maintaining my properties. The team is responsive and does a good job with maintaining my property. This is a well managed company and they employ staff who care.

My company transferred me from Colorado to Cape Coral for work, I was put in a position where I need to find a place to rent site unseen. Luckily I came across Bartomeo Property Management. I called in and explained my situation after finding an apartment I liked on their website. I was assured they would be able to take care of me. Shortly after I received a call from their agent, Haley. She again reassured me that my situation was not a problem, and immediately scheduled a video call to show me the apartment on a walk through. It's hard to explain in text, but she was looking through the apartment the way I would. She was opening closets, looking through cabinets, and commenting on different things she noticed in the place. Not just positive things, but ways I could make it better. She even filled me in on what the neighborhood was like. After the virtual walk through, I was sold because it was exactly what I was looking for: Comfortable, clean, safe and affordable. Haley stayed engaged, following up as necessary and making herself available as the process was taken over by Jamie. Jamie helped me by clearly letting me know what needed to happen on my end to secure the place: taking over water and utilities, deposit, and first months rent. They have an app that made the process as easy as it can be to upload documents and paystubs. My arrival date ended up falling on a Sunday. Jamie even gave me her personal number, just in case there was an issue on moving day (there wasn't). I have been in the apartment now nearly a month. Everything works as it should, it's clean, it's safe, it's quiet, there are no bugs or pests, it's not haunted (inside joke), and I couldn't be happier with the place. Thank you Haley, Jamie, and the team at Bartomeo for making a daunting task as painless and easy as possible!
