Wayne Levinson is a licensed realtor in Utah who combines extensive industry experience with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Although Wayne received his real estate license in September 2024, he has been actively involved in the industry for years, having completed over 100 transactions as a SFR rental investor and gained valuable experience flipping properties in Utah, Washington, Indiana, and Illinois.

With an extensive knowledge of mortgage products, particularly those suited for investors—such as DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans, Asset Depletion loans, and financing options tailored for resort towns—Wayne is well-equipped to navigate complex transactions and support diverse client needs.

Originally from Long Island, Wayne earned his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and Accounting from Indiana University in 2011. He then advanced his studies with a Master of Science in Supply Chain Transportation and Logistics from the University of Washington, building a solid foundation in analytics, negotiation, and strategic planning.
