Please please please. Do. Not Rent. From. Here.
I am begging you to avoid this company at all cost. They were new management for an apartment i was at for over 3 years. Upon move out, they haven't returned my security deposit or provided me an itemized receipt if any damages. I left that place in better condition after 3 years and have photos of the before condition. Tried to make me sign approval for a 200 dollar administrative reference fee from them providing a reference for an apartment. I declined as I dont need a reference!
I called and only get an AI answer, no return calls and emails get no response. Consulting a lawyer now as it had 6 weeks part my move out date and no security deposit or itemized receipt has been sent.
Do. Not. Rent. Here and if they bought your property, leave before you become ignored and stuck. They will be hearing from me.

This company is very helpful during my move in experience and has provided great service. The AI line was a bit misleading and can be hard to navigate but once I got in contact with Aneth things went smoothly. I was accommodated by the company for the security deposit and they were very informative about how things worked. Email is best contact that I received.

Absolutely unprofessional. There was no difference in speaking with their AI person and the live person who was of no help in trying to look at a unit. I wouldn’t want to imagine how poor the communication is for people who live or do business with this company. How can they rent your unit if they transfer you to disconnected phone numbers and literally don’t listen to customer inquiries. If the unit is empty for a long period, it’s because of this management company scarring people away.

Have had work requiring a permit done multiple times without a permit or a licenced contractor. The Electrical work was done wrong. Still waiting on EPA certified contractor for lead paint debris all over bedroom after handyman not EPA certified made a mess everywhere in my bedroom.
And they lie to your face.

Had issues accessing a lockbox and spoke to a lady that was very short with me. Didn’t help. Next day comes and Aneth reaches out, very polite, wanting to resolve this issue. She is such a sweetheart! Day and night of who I spoke with on the phone previously. Aneth was quick with her reply’s and absolutely helpful. Just wonderful customer service. Thank you Aneth!
