We know getting into real estate can feel overwhelming, that’s exactly why we do what we do. Our team has been through it all ourselves, from house hacking to BRRRR deals, long-term rentals, medium-term rentals, pad splits, and short-term rentals. We’ve made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and built systems that actually work. (NO LONGER WORKING WITH FIX AND FLIP) Our mission is to make real estate investing simple and doable for anyone, no matter where you’re starting from. We’ll walk with you step by step, share the tools and resources we use ourselves, and help you find the strategy that fits your goals best. I can't put into words how happy and grateful I am for Pat Hancock, Lisa Prikryl, Marianny Diaz, and the entire team at Thomas Lynne Realty Group and Salty Mermaids Transaction Coordination. Pat and his team helped me navigate an unfamiliar, competitive Florida market as a California transplant buying in Florida for the first time. We cannot recommend Pat Hancock enough if you are looking for a great real estate agent. He not only helped us purchase a home in the Orlando area, he also worked with us to sell that same house five years later. Pat and his associate, Lisa Prikryl, were incredibly communicative when working with us. They were on top of all the necessary paperwork, responded promptly to texts, calls, and emails and kept us informed about every development. We moved out of Florida before the house sale was completed, and several issues arose from our home inspection. Pat was the one who got contractor quotes and arranged the necessary repairs before the closing date. His dedication, expertise, and positive attitude definitely helped mitigate the stressful process of selling our home. I highly recommend Pat Hancock to anyone in need of an agent.
