A big shoutout to Gavin from onesource, when i thought i had no resource to go to and i honestly had no idea such help existed to be honest, close mouths don't get fed, i had told gavin a little bit of my troubles and what i wanted and he not only delivered but goes above and beyond to help me, with few people like that in this world i appreciate gavin to the max. He will help you trust me!

Rented through OneSource for a year. Matt always was prompt, professional and helpful in his response, and all contractors got the repair jobs done well and in a timely manner. Application and move in/out processes were smooth too. Well-cared for property, and I was a happy tenant there.

Been a tenant for 2 years .The initial process of moving into my condo was seamless. Application response time 3 days after viewing property.. set up everything online and met with realtor to receive my keys and do a walkthrough. Company does property check every 6 months to fix any issues and checkfpr safety compliance. Good communication. I would recommend them for property management..

I love onesource real estate they are good in my book . I’ve been renting a condo from matt this month made a year . From sure inquiry and communicating with Mr Matt and then meeting Evan and doing a walk through . very first two days was sort of rough, but Matt and Evan jumped on the maintenance request that need to be done right away to ensure that me and my little one was comfortable. It’s been great ever since I’ve only had to put in one other maintenance request other than that, there’s never any issues. The neighborhood is quiet . I do have a very classic unit however I do like it and I plan to stay here for a while 🙂

I met Sarah-Jade Lacoursière while checking on a property for my brother, and once i told her i was in market to purchase in GA also, she was ready, willing and able. We went to look at a property the same day. I love her drive, her willingness, her expertise and open communication. Low and belong she has opened the door to me a whole team of professionals such as herself. Matt and Evan also are efficient professionals & I appreciate Everyone that she's connected me to. OneSource is dedicated to provide complete reassurance and satisfaction from the process of buying to maintaining and because I'm an out of state investor they make life so much easier and I feel safe knowing that my property is being taken care of in every aspect. !!!!

I contacted OneSource Real Estate for help placing a new tenant in my townhouse. I moved out of state and it has become too much of a headache to do it remote. Matt and his team had professional photos completed and the listing launched within days and a qualified tenant identified within two weeks. I was kicking myself for not calling them sooner. The whole team was awesome to work with and had the system down all the way through to handing over the keys. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need anything for my rental property.
