My experience with Gavan as my agent was extremely efficient in an expedited manner. He addressed my concerns and needs after hours and over the weekend in order that my move from my previous residence into the new residence was seamless and uneventful. I witnessed him conduct a thorough walkthrough of the premises in order to identify any and all potential issues, and during every step of the process I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable , while also being personable. Although I have moved numerous times throughout my military career, this was my first experience with a leasing agency so I really didn’t know what to expect, but found it to be a stress free process. We had an amazing experience working with Sara – Jade. She is kind, professional, and very thorough in her analysis of properties. She was very attentive to what we wanted and needed out of our property and helped us to secure two investment properties. She facilitated a low stress experience and seamlessly connected us with the one source property management company. We will definitely work with Sara and when it is time to purchase our next property.

Matt was a wonderful realtor! We were with another company for +6 months prior to switching and got barely anything on our home with offers/showings. After we switched we closed on our home in ~2ish months! We are so grateful to them as we were moving out of state and needed this to be a closed chapter for us, and they delivered! Highly recommend!

Gavin was amazing! Super nice and extremely easy to work with. He took time to hear me not just listen. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend him 10 out of ten times. Thanks to Gavin I will be moving into my rental on the 21st of February.

I was initially excited to work with your company, but my recent experience with your representative, Gavin, was disappointing. During our interaction, I felt dismissed and that assumptions were made about my income. When I inquired about the OneApp program, I was told it only assists with credit needs, which is inconsistent with my prior experience and the information provided on your website. Gavin just was not professional and when asked to speak to higher management was not directed towards management either. I have already submitted my application for the property in question which was canceled and was simply seeking clarification on the documentation required and oneapp information. To date, I have not received the requested information regarding the OneApp program. I would’ve greatly appreciate accurate guidance. Can not get a call or communication or answer from anyone. I value the services your company provides and hope that future interactions reflect the professionalism and support for which your company is known. Update: Matt reached out to me regarding my review and complaint. He was polite and professional, and I appreciate both the clarification and him taking the time to contact me. He explained that the OneApp process is entirely at their discretion, meaning they can choose who does or does not receive the OneApp information, and that they are not required to offer applicants the option to apply through OneApp. He also clarified that while there is no law requiring tenants to earn three times the rent, this is one of their internal requirements. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Response to company response: The issue was never my income. I actually earn 4x times or more the rent. The concern was the profiling I felt I experienced when I inquired about using a verification letter to support additional income instead of providing bank statements, which are personal and something I prefer to use only as a last resort when other valid forms of proof are available. It is not a legal requirement to make 3x times the rent, and even if it were relevant, that was not a problem. However, it appeared that assumptions were made about my financial situation, and your employee seemed to presume that I did not meet the 3x requirement without addressing me when asked how to provide the additional income because the system the company uses is not as user friendly. I also told you I appreciated you reaching out to me to try to help and that I would follow back up. However I have not followed up because I have been out of town for work, and it is the holidays not because I lacked any documentation or for any reason related to my review. Also, your response attempting to present a false narrative regarding my finances again is concerning. Additionally, promoting programs like OneApp and FlexPay which are designed to help tenants with rent payments and to get approved for places while simultaneously stating that you require tenants to earn 3x the rent to avoid putting them in a bind is contradictory and does not make sense. Again Thanks for your time and this was a honest and straightforward review.

Rented through OneSource for a year. Matt always was prompt, professional and helpful in his response, and all contractors got the repair jobs done well and in a timely manner. Application and move in/out processes were smooth too. Well-cared for property, and I was a happy tenant there.

I love onesource real estate they are good in my book . I’ve been renting a condo from matt this month made a year . From sure inquiry and communicating with Mr Matt and then meeting Evan and doing a walk through . very first two days was sort of rough, but Matt and Evan jumped on the maintenance request that need to be done right away to ensure that me and my little one was comfortable. It’s been great ever since I’ve only had to put in one other maintenance request other than that, there’s never any issues. The neighborhood is quiet . I do have a very classic unit however I do like it and I plan to stay here for a while 🙂
