Drew and crew are extremely helpful. He personally spent several hours on the phone with me answering questions. They're pros with a long and well established track record. 100% recommend working with them. They're always looking to improve and grow.

This is the BEST Property Management Company I have ever worked with in Detroit!!
The whole team is outstanding with their proactive efforts in handling all the requests, always stay on top of things, and communicate closely regarding any issues with the property.
I will highly recommend to use Logical Property Managment becuasue of their professionalism and high standard of service.

Great service! Sheila from applications took her time in answering our questions. Wife was super happy. She took her time sending us instructions on what to do. We appreciate that she is very polite and took her time being patient with us.

Laura was helpful .. she’s in the tenant department and I was trying to reach application department. Laura was responsive and informative about the situation at hand I appreciate her . This made feel at ease that my application for a property is still being taken care of thank you Laura

At first the process was stressful with delays and miscommunication, but once I connected with Sherri the communication improved and everything went smoothly. I’m now in my home, and I appreciate that Logical Property Management followed through in the end.
