Aloe Property Management manages every aspect of your real estate investment for you. Because our offices are in the areas we serve, we are able to be more hands-on with our properties. We are able to do regular drive-by’s and walk through’s to ensure your property is being well-maintained, inside and out. We use other local business so that we are able to respond immediately to any maintenance issues that may arise.

Aloe Property Management is trustworthy, prompt, honest and professional, I have been using them since 2010 on my rental property. Randi, the owner did an excellent job coordinating rental house renovation several years ago. Aloe Property Management keeps the house rented out with good tenants.

They work together cohesively as a group, they respond quickly to any inquiries and work quickly to resolve any issues. This has eased so much stress and made my move so much easier. I own rental property in Arizona, but live in Illinois. I use Aloe Property Management for taking care of any needs that I may have with any of those properties. I can always talk to them and I feel very comfortable that they will do what's best to solve the problem. Everyone that I talk to is kind and knowledgeable. It is comforting to know that my properties are in good hands.

We really enjoyed our 3 and a half year stay in our rental home. Aloe Property Management was always very good about taking care of whatever need we had. We were impressed with the quick response when we needed the oven and dishwasher repaired.
We received a nice final moveout letter from Randi Weiss Harris.
I would recommend this company to owners and renters. They are fair and friendly.

Aloe Property Management has exceeded my expectations. Over a year ago Alexa met with me and helped me to get my rental unit in shape to rent. She not only organized, but also made sure work was completed in a timely and professional manor. A tenant was found and during the year I called upon her to attend to property issues. She immediately tended to the issues. I feel as though I have partners to help with my real estate business.
