Let me tell you that they show real compassion for their clientele. I won’t get into specifics (not financial) but there is an employee Alexes that goes above and beyond by responding and asking and showing empathy for others. I have never met her but I wish I had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience renting through Aloe Property Management. From the very first day we moved into one of their properties, everything was convenient, smooth, and professional. What impressed us most was how responsive and caring the team was. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, someone was always available to help. Even during urgent situations, they acted quickly. For example, one summer our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request, and within just a few hours a maintenance technician arrived and fixed the problem. That level of service is truly exceptional. Aloe Property Management not only cares about property owners, but also genuinely cares about its tenants. Communication was always easy, the office staff was always reachable, and every issue was handled quickly and professionally. I would especially like to recognize Persia. She is incredibly kind, professional, responsible, and attentive. Every time I spoke with her, she listened carefully, understood my concerns, and helped resolve my questions with patience and professionalism. It is rare to find someone who makes tenants feel so respected and valued. At the end of our lease, we received our full security deposit back, and the entire move-out process was just as smooth as our move-in experience. Honestly, I was sad when our lease ended because it was such a pleasure working with this company. I almost never leave reviews, but this has been unreal. Our oven has been broken since February. We first found out when we slow cooked some meat in the oven for a few hours and later came back to the home smelling incredibly strongly of gas. We called out the gas company and they said the oven was not working properly and was unsafe and shut off the gas. The company sent out a warranty guy to fix it and he did nothing. Days went by with no response. When we called the said they didn’t need to fix anything and that we could probably just turn the gas back on. We went back and fourth for days with nothing being done. We avoided using the gas and stove but last week we needed to cook for a family dinner. We turned it back on and Immediately the home smelled of gas again and we called the gas company out again and said it was VERY unsafe and needed to be replaced. We called again and turns out that the owner had a recall on the stove LAST MONTH and never told us or fixed it. I left a complaint with the department of real estate and contacted Mesa city health and safety and they still won’t resolve this issue. Insane levels of negligence.

We jumped from property manager to property manager, and finally found Aloe !. They are so professional and common since, talk to you like you've been friends forever, and very fair pricing. Everyone in every department is awesome! You all have made the rental of our home in.Maricopa easy! Thankyou!

Never rent a home from this management company, they are bullies and will use their lease agreement to get out of any obligations that they have while also violating state legislation that has been put in place to protect tenants. They do not care about the laws, they do not care about the tenants, they do not care about anything but getting as much money as possible out of you and will use every tool in their disposal to make sure you never get your security deposit back.

Aloe Property Management is an outstanding organization, especially as I compare to other property management businesses. They are quick to respond the maintenance requests and the follow up by the contractors they use is fast and they have all been very communicative, responsive to our needs, and courteous. We moved from a condo into this house and the company we had to work through while at the condo were slower than slow to respond and then to get contractors to do the work. We are delighted with the service by Aloe Property Management and the responsiveness of their management and schedule coordination team. The difference is like night and day!
