Honestly, it’s been a pretty pleasant rental experience with this company. Kyle was my property manager and he was very responsive, professional, and understanding with any concerns that I had. The app that they use is easy to navigate for both work orders and paying rent.

I am so grateful to have such an amazing company renting me my home. The customer service has been excellent from the first day I ever inquired. Petie Maguire and Kyle Launius have been wonderful they helped me get my home and made it such a smooth experience which was so needed for me after loosing everything and my home in hurricane Helene. During such a crazy time they made sure I had a home again in a week. Petie is an absolute angel to speak with and Kyle is always extremely helpful whenever I have needed a repair. Repairs are tended too quickly and vendors have been great. Moving into this home with such a wonderful company has been a blessing, my old landlords were an absolute nightmare and were destroying my life due to lack of care, black mold and stealing money from me. If you have ever experienced anything like what I have you know the toll this takes on your physical and mental health and how important it is to have a peaceful living experience with a company that cares. Thank you so much Trident, I feel good paying my hard earned money to live here. Please forever continue the hard work and kudos to the person that has built such an amazing company and team in an industry where most utterly fail and don’t care how destructive it can be to tenants. We absolutely loved living here! Ben the landlord is an amazing guy and will help you out whenever you need anything, even if it doesn’t pertain to the house. The house itself is in an amazing part of downtown in a quiet neighborhood and the yard with the creek and deck make you feel like you have your own oasis! (The house also gets amazing natural lighting you can’t find most places) I couldn’t recommend more living here or in any of the properties they have. Best experience I’ve had as a renter!!

Trident management has been great during this hurricane season. The past few weeks hit my family hard like many others by getting flooded out, but thankfully we were given much needed time and support from our leasing company. They were understanding to give us time to gather our belongings and worked with us to fully refund our deposit.

Kyle and his team are great! They helped me sell my condo which was as smooth as possible. He was also my property manager before that. They were very conscientious about caring for the property and repairs were always reasonably priced. Communication is also good. Overall I strongly recommend him either as a realtor or property manager.

Our HVAC company has worked with Kyle and Trident Property Management for the past few years. Kyle is very passionate about his properties and keeps them all in excellent condition. He is extremely in tune with the needs of his tenants and ensures that their concerns are addressed timely. He is a man of his word and very easy to work with.
