I have been living in my apartment for a little less than three years now and recently received Trident Property Management as my new property managers. And wow --- what an amazing difference Petie McGuire has made in my day to day living space. She came in and has gotten everything that needed updates/fixes taken care of in such a short period of time of working with her. She is quick, effective and nothing short of a blessing to work with. After a couple years of various managers, I am immensely grateful to say Petie McGuire is mine!

Trident has done an awesome job for me as a property manager. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and provides a full value service to me. He has assisted with both regular maintenance and emergency repairs, and I know he is appreciated by myself as owner and my tenant. He is most highly recommended.

Out of all the management companies I’ve used Petie McGuire makes this one the best! She is professional, friendly, experienced, effective and prompt. She’s will always recommend and use Trident because of employees like her.

ONE to many Stars .....I have been a homeowner for 23 Years in Orlando area, I am aware that we need to have an HOA it's amazing we have to pay a company to manage our developments. Having addressed that issue. Moving Forword, it's unthinkable we pay a company hundreds of dollars each year and we as homeowners never see improvements in our development's landscapes, communications, professionalism and basic business practices. This is now our third HOA company. I have been in Management my whole carrier and I understand the workings with the public can and will be challenging however communication and thoughtfulness will go alone way. I reached out to Mrs. Brie and she continues to ignore my concerns the Landcare company who I had too personally address my issues with agreed with the problem I pointed out, and they will fix the issue. Problem solved however the real reason for my review is why should we as a community pay 100s of dollars or even 1,000s to have a HOA when all they do is collect dues and put liens on properties that end up in the rears. One last thought this by far the most unprofessional Management Company I have had in our development in 23 years to date. Don't let the pretty website mislead you.

I’ve been working with Trident for almost four years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Kyle is extremely responsive, highly professional, and moves quickly and efficiently - which makes a huge difference when you’re managing property from afar. He has an amazing team, and they always get the job done. Communication is clear, action is fast, and I genuinely feel supported as an owner. Managing a rental can be stressful, but Kyle and his team make it as smooth as possible. I’m very grateful for their reliability and would absolutely recommend Trident to anyone looking for a property management company that actually shows up and delivers.

0 stars if I could. is that a cheesy way to start? How about: We moved from across the country last Fall and our life has been miserable because of Trident and Kyle since then? Starting on day 1 of our move, up until he jumped ship, Kyle proved himself to be a dishonest and poor property manager. Kyle advertised this house with “brand new appliances and flooring.” Guess how many appliances were in full working condition when we first moved in? None. The baseboards were also coming off the walls and the house had mold. In addition, it had (and still has) a significant ant infestation. We had to stop using our master bathroom before moving out due to the smell coming from the hamper, toilet, and shower. We repeatedly tried to communicate with Kyle about these issues but only got vague, 1-2 sentence responses and bandaid solutions. Ultimately, while I do believe some of this stemmed from an extremely difficult homeowner, Kyle has absolutely no idea how to navigate conflict or tenant-landlord issues and made everything so much worse. People that want to work with you deserve to know how you do business Kyle so here we are. I would NEVER recommend Kyle or his company to ANYONE. Stay away if you value your sanity.

I am so grateful to have such an amazing company renting me my home. The customer service has been excellent from the first day I ever inquired. Petie Maguire and Kyle Launius have been wonderful they helped me get my home and made it such a smooth experience which was so needed for me after loosing everything and my home in hurricane Helene. During such a crazy time they made sure I had a home again in a week. Petie is an absolute angel to speak with and Kyle is always extremely helpful whenever I have needed a repair. Repairs are tended too quickly and vendors have been great. Moving into this home with such a wonderful company has been a blessing, my old landlords were an absolute nightmare and were destroying my life due to lack of care, black mold and stealing money from me. If you have ever experienced anything like what I have you know the toll this takes on your physical and mental health and how important it is to have a peaceful living experience with a company that cares. Thank you so much Trident, I feel good paying my hard earned money to live here. Please forever continue the hard work and kudos to the person that has built such an amazing company and team in an industry where most utterly fail and don’t care how destructive it can be to tenants. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a home!

We absolutely loved living here! Ben the landlord is an amazing guy and will help you out whenever you need anything, even if it doesn’t pertain to the house. The house itself is in an amazing part of downtown in a quiet neighborhood and the yard with the creek and deck make you feel like you have your own oasis! (The house also gets amazing natural lighting you can’t find most places) I couldn’t recommend more living here or in any of the properties they have. Best experience I’ve had as a renter!!
