I would like to thank Rebecca for getting restoration approved on the front steps of the property, the masonry work was done really well. Also, she had screen doors installed on both enclosed porches of the duplex. Just today, the porches were freshly painted along with the railings, the property looks good. Both her and Larne have been responsive to my requests and I appreciate it. The place has curb appeal now. Thank you.

OzRealty service has been great. If you want to invest with them make sure you have done your homework about investing in Ohio, investing with them, especially if you are an out of state investor. They are a good partner to have and they to keep the process simple.

Laarne was my property manager for this transition and she helped me with every questions I had and in a timely fashion!!! (There were many lol) I’m excited to continue my journey with them.

I’ve had a great experience working with Oz Realty, especially Bekah. She’s incredibly thoughtful and thorough—from the initial property walkthrough to the entire turn process. I had a lot of work that needed to be done with upcoming lead requirements and a set budget for both lead work and the property turn. During the estimate process, additional foundation issues were uncovered, but Bekah walked me through options and even had their contractor take a second look to be sure. I really appreciated how they gathered multiple estimates and stayed transparent throughout. Even with the added foundation work, they were able to keep everything within my budget—and once estimates were approved, work started right away. Bekah is professional, communicative, and clearly cares about doing things the right way—not just the fast way. Highly recommend working with her and the team.

This company is an absolute joke. If you ordered a “maintenance manager” from Temu, you’d probably get someone a lot like Bekah—cheap, dysfunctional, and somehow still overpriced. Their apparent policy seems to be: overcharge for everything and do three full property turns every time a tenant leaves, whether it needs it or not. When Shawn first called me, he gave the whole sales pitch about how Oz Realty would save me money on maintenance. That claim aged about as well as milk left in the sun. Instead, every couple of days I was getting messages that basically translated to: “Due to our own incompetence, we’ve discovered even more work that somehow wasn’t caught during the $10,000+ of work we already charged you for. So naturally, we’ll need a few more thousand dollars.” Apparently inspections, planning, and basic competence are optional here. This girl is just dumb. If your goal is to actually make money on your property, stay far away from this company. Between the endless “new discoveries” and Bekah’s Temu-tier management skills, she’ll make sure your rental income disappears faster than the maintenance budget. You can also forget about communication. Each time I asked for a call, I got an email or worse, a text from an app they use for maintenance. It doesn't take much intelligence to realize when someone asks for a call, they don't want an email. But somehow Bekah fails at even this. I am so glad to be free of this company!

First time renting with Oz Realty.. I’m very pleased with my experience so far (3 months into my lease). The times that I have made maintenance requests, They are swift to take action and ensure that the request is completed. They utilize a maintenance request app which I have never seen before but is very easy to use, very Thorough And It has made handling these types of situations less stressful than companies I’ve rented with before. The contractors that have come out to do maintenance repairs have all been friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Oz Realty!
