First time renting with Oz Realty.. I’m very pleased with my experience so far (3 months into my lease). The times that I have made maintenance requests, They are swift to take action and ensure that the request is completed. They utilize a maintenance request app which I have never seen before but is very easy to use, very Thorough And It has made handling these types of situations less stressful than companies I’ve rented with before. The contractors that have come out to do maintenance repairs have all been friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Oz Realty!

The sides of this vehicle feature advertisements for Oz Realty, so I must believe the vanity plate is an advertisement for Oz Realty as well. In which case I would not recommend this misanthropic and gleefully cruel business to anyone, and I would suggest anyone who has to work with them read up on their rights as tenants. Hey, isn't it more profitable to not be actively hostile and perhaps try to maintain tenants?

Had a talk with Sean this week about my property and getting it performing and making me money. Sean really has his finger on the pulse of the area, gave me tons of great insight, and made me feel completely comfortable in handing my property over to them for management. I knew in the first 2 minutes of the call that the other companies I talked to in Toledo were junk. Sean and his crew at Oz Realty are where its at if you want to put money in your pocket!

I love this company! Martha Craton was suggested to us by another tenant who’s been renting through this company for years. She has been the most attentive Landlord I’ve ever experienced. Transitioning from Georgia to Toledo was already incredibly stressful with all the back and forth, but Mrs. Craton was so easy to communicate and coordinate with. She made the entire experience actually enjoyable. She even suggested a phenomenal gym to my husband!

Oz Realty has been amazing to work with. If you’ve got property in Toledo and want a team that actually gets things done, these are your people. They’re super easy to talk to, quick to respond, and they handle everything so you don’t have to stress about a thing.
They take care of tenant stuff, maintenance, and all the little details that can be a headache. Plus, they keep you in the loop without overwhelming you. Just the right amount of communication.
Honestly, with Oz Realty has made owning property way easier. They’re reliable, straightforward, and really seem to care about doing things the right way. Definitely recommend them.

I’ve had such a great experience renting from Sean, He’s been very understanding, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any time something needed attention, he handled it quickly and with care. It’s rare to find a landlord who genuinely cares about his tenants, and I truly appreciate how accommodating and respectful he’s been throughout my time here. Highly recommend!
