Managing my properties has never been simple — they were challenging from the very beginning — but Nate with Aligned Properties Group stepped in and completely changed the experience. He took on issues that had been overwhelming and handled them with professionalism, consistency, and real expertise. Communication has been clear and proactive, problems get addressed quickly, and they’ve brought stability to situations that had felt unmanageable. I finally feel like my properties are in capable hands, and the difference has been night and day. If you’re dealing with difficult rentals or just want a management team that truly shows up, I highly recommend them.

Whole building has been without water for 2 days and it's impossible to speak to a person with this rental company. The "emergency maintenance" line directs you to some call center in India and all it does is place a regular maintenance request, which you're able to do yourself without waiting on hold for 15 minutes. The only other contact you can get with the company is an AI chatbot that's completely useless.

i had literally nothing but a great experience with these people. they purchased the property i lived at in the middle of my lease & off the jump were extremely kind, respectful, and so helpful when it came to any issues/repairs. the maintenance team they sent out for anything were always super polite/respectful people. i never once had an issue with them showing up unannounced, communication was always really good, and they conduct business in a professional & proper way. i had a minor issue with my downstairs neighbor (wouldn’t stop smoking cigarettes inside) & they handled that situation great. overall, the entire year and a half i spent in their property (under their ownership) was a really good experience. as far as landlords/property managers go, these people are easily the best i’ve dealt with.

Save your self time and money. I rented from this company but even before then there was issue . That by itself should have been enough for me not to deal with them. However I have nate the benefit of the doubt and rented from there. I rented a place in Lakewood nice area everyone was friendly. The issue I had with this place was they never fixed anything ever. Mold all in the one bedroom and in the bathroom. Washer dryer for the bottom unit was broken when I moved in and never got fixed despite the many reports. They would send the same guy and it he would check it off as fixed but wasn’t fixed. When the refrigerator broke or I should say stop cooling they did replace it quick but the issue was I had just brought grocery the night before and still had the receipts to prove I spent $500 for myself and my son. When I brought it up to Nate he said there wasn’t going to be a refund and wouldn’t take anything off the rent. So apparently my children were supposed to starve for a few weeks. I think not. When I took the rent - the $500 he sent it back and added a late fee saying if the rent wasn’t in full he wouldn’t accept it. Not even 1 month after this incident the stove stop working and it took 3 months for them to order and send a new one. There was a constant issue with the drains not draining water in bathroom and kitchen nothing was ever done about this either. At this point in time I asked about moving out I had found out I was pregnant so it wasn’t worth all of the headaches for me to continue to stay in a place that continues had issue . I was told if I broke my lease I would be responsible for the rent until it was re rented. I ended up staying two months afterword but due to health issue I was in the hospital more than I was at home which created financial issue. I went through 3 majors surgeries. NATE. Refused to work with me to get catch up filed for an eviction against me then had the audacity to tell me less than 24 hour prior to the court hearing I could move out and I wouldn’t be penalized. He’s not a good person and if you are a single parent I urge you to go else where so you don’t end up in the situation I was in.

Aligned Properties is the best! They resolved a difficult tenant issue in under a month and got my triplex fully rented in just weeks. As a realtor, I won’t recommend anyone else—fast, professional, and truly on top of their game!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Eviction notices and late fees on the app when I’m a month ahead on my payments. People randomly walking around the bottom unit and knocking on the inside door to my unit without me knowing people are coming by. Communication only when it’s convenient for them. If I need a problem solved I can expect a 24 hour delay to a response or usually just no response at all. I would recommend going with anyone over this company. It has been an absolute disaster since the start. Make sure you read all the “good” reviews they have, you’ll notice that the only good reviews come from the people they are managing the properties for. They do not care about you at all if you are a tenant. They have an F on BBB for a reason.

Aligned Properties has managed my property for over two years. Nate and his team have been extremely professional and responsive to any request for information and during tenant turnover. They performed a turnover for a 4 bedroom unit within about a week at an affordable price and returned an amazing product. I would highly recommend Aligned Properties to anyone who wants their property managed by a professional team that takes care of a property as if it were their own.
