I’m Ryan Jones and Klint McKinney, founders of Life Changing Lending. We are a nationwide direct lender using proprietary AI technology to make real estate financing simple, fast, and creative. We have over 40 Loan Officers that specialize in 100% Financing Fix and Flip Loans, DSCR, and new construction deals — and we love tackling the kinds of deals other lenders won’t touch. Chichi is very welcoming and sweet, even gifted us a present for moving in. She helped reduce our down-payment and guided us towards the easiest and simplest solutions to our concerns. She is very responsive and attentive to our needs, always asking how things are going for us. Highly recommend if you need someone who is considerate and easy to work with! I’d like to say that I am happy to have worked with the team at life changing lending. Ryan, Jay and Alison were all terrific! Even when things got shaky and I was ready to throw in the towel they stepped in and helped us get taken care of. I would definitely recommend this team to family and friends. They even helped us with the “buy before you sell” program that unlocked equity in the house we were selling so we could use that for the down payment.
