We are a full-service team that tailors the work needed specifically for your property/investment needs. We are hands-on, and will do whatever it takes to keep your property operating successfully. With over 24 years of property management experience, we are confident in helping you tackle any problem you're facing. In addition, it's easy to contact your management team to discuss and review your property as you need. Bianca has been committed to property management since 1998. Over the years, she has managed properties across the country in all different markets. She has experience in college housing, high-rises, single family homes, and multi-family properties. Our team has been focused in Connecticut since 2013 working with investors and owners. Our approach is hands-on, all-inclusive, with a "whatever it takes" mindset.

Bianca is one of the most knowledgeable property managers I know. She delivers impeccable and honest service. She tells me where I should spend to improve, what is necessary and what is just a bonus. Her expertise and reliability have proven to be a need in my life as a property owner. Don't waste your time looking at other managers or trying to do it yourself - trust me.

I couldn't be more pleased with Seven & Main who has been taking care of all 3 of my investment properties! Bianca and her team at Seven & Main have truly gone above and beyond in managing every aspect of the property, including excellent communication with the tenants and any needed repairs. Thanks to them, I no longer have to deal with any tenant issues or communication hassles. Seven & Main ensures that my tenants feel safe and maintains clear communication between all parties involved. Working with Seven & Main and Bianca has been such a great experience! She helped me find a property close to work and my commute has been a breeze. She kept in touch and communicated the entire setup process. Loved the quick turnaround time, I was moved in within a week! I highly recommend them and will use Seven & Main in the future!
