Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had as a tenant. I had squatters living in the basement below me and told maintenance twice last summer before anyone seemed to listen, I was finally relieved when a safety device was put on the window to prevent more squatters, then later they told me they had to no record of any it. After many weeks of asking, I still have no idea who put the grate on the basement window, or if someone is coming back. (It seems to be a retractable or easily removable grate on that window) Also: 8 months of interrupted mail deliveries, my coaxial cable started literally melting out of the wall (cable greening it's called, apparently) and when I told them it was a fire risk they just covered it up with a new blank panel. Three major sink leaks and a leak from the upstairs vent that damaged the wall with toilet water. Stopped the upstairs leak but didn't fix it and the guy they sent actually started a new leak in my bathroom sink. Nice places on the surface but terribly made and maintained.

Bianca is one of the most knowledgeable property managers I know. She delivers impeccable and honest service. She tells me where I should spend to improve, what is necessary and what is just a bonus.
