From the very beginning, renting from Cissell felt like a partnership. Their processes simplify the rental experience, and communication is always timely and transparent. We had a great experience with the entire team. Having rented property from the East Coast to the West Coast, I can say without a doubt that their engagement with clients and commitment to superior customer service are unmatched. They have thought through every detail of the rental process and adeptly handle any concerns, questions, and maintenance issues. If we must rent again, Cissell Management will be our first choice.

Josh and his team were incredibly transparent and honest, which is rare in this town! My home was in pristine condition upon move-in. I've noticed some concerns about deposits, but it's clear this team takes great pride in their properties. To ensure you get your deposit back, simply return the home in the same excellent condition, they have no hidden agenda to take your money. Maintenance requests were promptly addressed, and they were always easy to reach by email or phone. If I were to refer any of my close friends or family to a property management group in Oxford, it would only be Cissell. Overall, a truly wonderful experience!

Cissell Management has been absolutely wonderful to rent from over the past year. They have always been incredibly helpful and made sure repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. For example, upon my submitting work orders they have repaved a part of my driveway, replaced my washer and dryer, and had my AC fixed (after hours) within 3.5 hours when it was 95°F outside. To put it simply, Cissell is the best of the best and I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction!!!!! I would highly recommend renting from them.

My wife and I bought an investment property about a year ago. Upon recommendation, we asked Cissell Management to be our property manager. This is the best decision we could have made. Josh keeps the property is well-maintained. Most importantly, he does all the footwork of marketing to and finding good tenants and getting them into and out of the property. When it comes to the business side of things, Josh has shown great character and has proven to be very reliable and trustworthy. This is Josh's livelihood, so he takes his work very seriously.

My mother and I were tenants for 2 years and had a great experience with Cissell Management. The online tenant portal was very convenient for monthly rental payments and maintenance requests. All of my maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. Josh is very professional and reliable. I highly recommend this property management company.

Cissell Management does an excellent job managing our property. Josh found us a reliable, mature tenant. He collects the rental fees, handles repairs, and solves any problems. He provides us with monthly updates and an annual report. His excellent service allows the owner to rest easy knowing that the property is being managed properly. The tenants are also happy working with Josh. I highly recommend Cissell Management to property owners.

We have had a great experience with Cissell Management for many years. As a property owner who lives in another state, it's essential to have someone whom you can trust to take care of things and Josh is always reliable, responsive and effective. I highly recommend his management service. In addition when we decided to sell the house this year Josh provided excellent service in getting the property ready for sale and throughout the entire process so that the sale went very smoothly. He has been invaluable throughout. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
