The beds were cozy and the hot tub and massage chair were so relaxing! The hosts were very kind, responsive and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Austin! From the moment we booked, the process was seamless, and communication was top-notch. They were always available to answer any questions we had and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly during our long-term stay. They always asked permission first before stopping by the property for things like lawn maintenance or replacing the batteries in the outdoor cameras. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The price we paid was well worth the money for the rental and location. It was clear iTrip Austin genuinely cared about providing a great experience for us, and we appreciated their attention to detail. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

Property was great for our family. We stayed here while our house was having work done and the property fit us all very comfortably. Beautiful views, great space and all the amenities you'll need. The property manager was fantastic, very responsive to any inquiries and super helpful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 4 night getaway here. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Easy access to pool. Spacious, quiet, clean with nice gym facility. Will plan to be back!

As a property owner I cannot convey enough how much I appreciate the care Amy and company took with the upkeep and maintenance of my short term rental property. I was not in position to visit my property often. Amy and company were my eyes and ears and they did a fabulous job. They continually reviewed the home for potential issues, not waiting until something became a critical point that would affect a tenant’s stay. The trades they use are constantly reviewed for effectiveness, efficiency, and expense. They are the only company I have used that understand taking care of the asset or home and grounds is as important for me the property owner, as making sure my tenants enjoyed their stay in my home. I have used other short term rental companies, NONE have the level of service and upkeep standard as Amy and company. When I did pop in for a review, the presentation of my home to the tenants exceeded my expectations. My tenants were thrilled to come back with re-bookings as they knew due to Amy and company their stay would be in a very clean, issue free environment and if an issue did come up it was handled quickly with their comfort the first thought. My only regret is I did not meet Amy and company years earlier. I feel they are singularly responsible for my properties success as an investment property. My tenants and I highly recommend Amy and company. 5 stars is not enough.

5-star customer service! When we made the reservation, Amy asked if there was something special bringing us to town. I mentioned that we were celebrating my husband's birthday so upon our arrival, we had a nice bottle of champagne and a box of truffles waiting for us, along with a nice birthday card. We received a call from Jen, the Guest Services Coordinator, on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in a number of vacation homes and have never received service like this! I highly recommend iTrip Vacations in Austin and can't wait to stay at another of their properties!
