We recently stayed at Casa Azul in Lakeway, Tx. 5 stars in my ranking, here’s why: The house was beautiful and every room is huge! It accommodates large parties/gatherings in style, easily accommodating our party of 4 couples. The pictures online did not do it justice! The outside area was surrounded with trees offering privacy while still being very near nice restaurants and Austin area excursions. The host is wonderful, and immediately receptive to all questions and requests. You will not be sorry but pleasantly impressed with this property choice.

iTrip Austin We stayed August 13-17 at their Lake Travis location for our 10-man Fantasy Football Draft!. Needless to say this was a great stay and had excellent pricing! Once you check in they’ll shoot you a text and if you have any problems you can message them from there. We did have a MAJOR issue on the last day where our AC went out which was terrible because it was the one day we decided to stay in all day… HOWEVER, when I rose the issue to the representative, they had some technicians there within an hour. Though it did take all day (and night) the issue was resolved fairly quickly and we were credited appropriately. Overall? 5/5 we will be going again when the occasion calls for it! Our experience with iTrip Austin was more than I expected. Perfect communication throughout our stay. The house was great our family made incredible memories during our stay. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again soon. Actually I will probably more likely find properties under iTrip bc I already know what to expect from them. Thank you.

This was our second time to stay with itrip Austin and it was as great as the first time. The house was clean and the communication with them was fantastic. Great amenities, great location and our dog loved watching all the rabbits! Looking forward to booking again for next summer!

We stayed at the Lakeside Retreat for a month and found the company to be responsible, responsive and reliable throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the view and the renovated kitchen. Also very cool wildlife.

I Trip house me when I had water damage and had to move out of my home for five months. Ut was a stressful time being my own general contractor on top of working as a single mother. I Trip made having a temporary second at home so smooth and comforting with constant attention to detail and customer service. Every single person I worked with, was kind empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory. I’m not always the most low maintenance so thats saying something. One of the things I loved most about their properties. There was always something unique that was exceptional. I had the chance to stay at three of their homes. Another thing I really enjoyed was the details. They hire interior designers that create a beautiful space that make you wanna stay in. It was a refuge to me during a very chaotic time. Highly recommend them for any travel or short living needs. 🙏🏼

We stayed at 1208 “the Jordan” in Round Rock, Austin, in mid March 2026. On arrival I discovered that the pool was overflowing and literally flooding the back garden. I had to remove a hose that had been left in the pool, and switch it off. The pool was cold despite asking for and paying for it to be heated. We then had to follow instructions to switch the pool heater on. The instructions were incomplete, I had to figure out to switch on the massive base unit too. Around the pool there was a huge amount of both very sharp stone chipping as well as what seemed like sharp builders sand. I had to find a broom and sweep these up. The kids kept standing on the sharp stone chips and hurting their feet. I raised this with the host and they said “they’d had a wind storm recently”. Mind blowing they thought this was realistic. Pictures provided. Further we discovered all of the duvet covers (comforter covers) were both filthy and also covered in animal hair. The host offered to send someone to wash them but we already had the sheets in the wash as we were disgusted. It seemed like the duvets had been rotated instead of being cleaned - this would explain why all the duvet covers had their zips at the top of the bed rather than the foot of the bed. Pictures provided. A basic expectation of any Airbnb is clean bedding. On the animal hair point, there’s a lot of rugs in the property. All were absolutely full of animal hair and other grime. One of the bath mats was so filthy on arrival we had to put it through the washing machine too (red lips bath mat). Place hadn’t been dusted in weeks, all picture frames had a layer of dust all over them. Pictures provided, where I’ve left a pattern of finger marks in the dust. Windows so filthy you couldn’t see out of them. Again, pictures provided. The door handle also fell off the oven while we were in the house, but we had such poor responses from the host I fixed it myself rather than report it. Drinking water tap in the kitchen was also so loose it felt like it was going to break but I couldn’t fix that. Cutlery left dirty in the knife block. Pictures provided. The back door for the property - the sliding door which leads to the pool - is literally “locked” with a piece of wood that needs to be wedged into the runner mechanism. When we reported many of these issues the host actively asked if we would give a five star review in exchange for a refund. Pretty sure this is massively against the Airbnb terms and conditions. Since then the host has taken to Airbnb to try and frame their narrative around our feedback. I’m sorry but if expecting clean sheets makes us difficult to work with then I’m not sure they’re in the right business. If you’ve got this far then the location is excellent, the pool (once warm and sharp stone chips removed) was super high quality and the kids loved it. The area is quiet, the house is large and it’s very close to downtown Georgetown as well as Round Rock. Grocery stores are easily accessible from here too. Oh yeah the cold plunge pool was bright green. Enjoy the photos! Would not recommend itrip property again. Have a look on trustpilot

The backyard was a relaxing oasis where the kids could play in the pool, and the adults could chill in the hot tub, read a book on the lounge chairs, or just sit and listen to the birds. What a fantastic trip with extremely attentive and helpful hosts. Can't wait for our next trip to Austin so we can stay here again!

The beds were cozy and the hot tub and massage chair were so relaxing! The hosts were very kind, responsive and extremely helpful. Property was great for our family. We stayed here while our house was having work done and the property fit us all very comfortably. Beautiful views, great space and all the amenities you'll need. The property manager was fantastic, very responsive to any inquiries and super helpful.
