Jason took my house at half construction. He did his part well, and went through lot of hoops to get to finish line. He is honest and transparent. He allowed clients to pay contractor by themselves so no question of future liens!!

From start to finish, working with Coastal Craft Homes was an exceptional experience. Jason was incredibly quick to respond to every question we had, and his communication was clear, consistent, and proactive—especially important since we live out of state. We always knew where things stood in the process, with regular updates, photos, a live feed camera, and honest timelines that gave us total peace of mind. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Every detail reflects care and skill, from the overall craftsmanship down to the small finishes that make a home feel special. Jason was also wonderfully kind and responsive to our requests, taking feedback in stride and offering smart solutions whenever decisions came up. What truly set Coastal Craft apart were the thoughtful “surprises” Jason added—little upgrades and design touches that went above and beyond what we expected and made the home feel even more personalized and elevated. It’s rare to find a builder who combines professionalism, talent, and genuine consideration like this. I wholeheartedly recommend Coastal Craft Homes to anyone looking to build. If you value quality, clear communication, and a builder that treats your home like their own, Jason and Coastal Craft Homes is the builder you want.

Coastal Craft Homes did an outstanding job on our new construction home. Their attention to detail, communication, and overall professionalism made the process smooth from start to finish. They navigated some external challenges with persistence and integrity, and the end result speaks for itself—a high-quality, well-built home. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them to anyone building in the Cape Coral area.

Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He saved me from a terrible situation with Delta Build Services. He immediately got to work on the properties once permits were obtained and got my property done in a timely manner. He was constantly updating me without me having to ask him. I was lucky to find him when I did. Very reasonable compared to other contractors in the area.

After a stressful experience with a previous builder, working with Coastal Craft Homes was a breath of fresh air. We were left in a very difficult position with an incomplete build, and Jason stepped in to pick up the pieces. He was incredibly honest and upfront about the challenges from day one. It was honestly hard for us to trust again after what we had been through, but Jason’s approach made it much easier. One of the things I appreciated most was his total financial transparency. He was extremely open about the costs of what needed to take place and would send the bills directly to me for payment, so I knew exactly where the money was going. I truly wish more builders operated with this level of integrity. Jason has been incredibly responsive, often returning texts within minutes. I had his direct cell number and communication was amazing. I even had several subcontractors mention to me that Jason is the best builder they work with, which speaks volumes about the reputation he has built in the industry. He finally got us our Certificate of Occupancy on a home that had sat for years. I am so grateful to Jason and his team for helping us complete our home. If you are in a difficult situation or don't know how to get out of it, reach out to him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Jason Foskey and Coastal Craft Homes 10 stars, I would! Jason is the rare kind of builder who restores your faith in the entire home-building process. After our original builder took 90% of our construction loan and left our home only 60% complete—then lost his license—we were devastated and unsure where to turn. Jason stepped in, gave us a clear and fair quote, charged a flat rate for his services, and let us pay all vendors directly. The transparency was incredible and immediately put us at ease. From that point forward, Jason exceeded every expectation: * **High-quality craftsmanship** with thoughtful attention to detail throughout the entire home. * **High-end finishes included**—beautiful cabinets, faucets, hardware, ceiling fans, dimmer switches, and more—without surprise upcharges. * **Exceptional communication**. Jason always answered my calls or called back promptly and kept me fully updated on progress. * **Professional, knowledgeable, and kind**. He knows the Cape Coral permitting process inside and out and made everything feel smooth and manageable. * **Resourceful beyond the build**—he even helped us find insurance agents and property managers to ensure our home was fully rent-ready. Jason took a stressful, half-finished construction situation and turned it into a fast, seamless, high-quality completion. He is honest, transparent, fair, and genuinely cares about doing right by his clients. I would recommend Jason and Coastal Craft Homes to absolutely anyone looking to build in SW Florida. You won't find a better builder or person to work with.

There is a reason that Coastal Craft Homes has all 5 star reviews. Jason Foskey is a genuine, kind, knowledgeable, reliable, detail oriented, professional contractor. I moved to Florida last year and didn’t know any builders. I did my research and met with a few contractors, but there was no one like Jason. I had a custom home built and got to pick out almost every detail and Jason was right there to help me. Communication with Jason was always amazing and he always kept me in the loop from process to process. I have the most beautiful home thanks to him and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would give Coastal Craft Homes 10 Stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and his many amazing workers!

Jason did an amazing job taking over the build of my home from a previous builder who never completed the project. Jason was always available for updates throughout the process and communicated directly with me via texts and calls, which was such a breath of fresh air compared to my last builder! He used quality finishes and I received feedback from multiple people that my home was one of the nicest “Verona” models they have seen. There were also some hurdles that we encountered during construction and he was creative in overcoming those hurdles and found solutions that ended up saving me money while still providing a high quality product. It’s hard to find a trustworthy builder in SW Florida but I’d definitely recommend Jason to build your home.
