When I moved to the property, they refused to do a deep clean. Which wasn't ideal, I had time off work, so I took time to get my apartment together. Fast forward, I get my brand new washer and dryer hooked up. It started sparking and the electrical system is so old and misfired that it fried my new machine, 2 machines later, none still don't work properly.
In between, the refrigerator
Iwent ouf and spoiled garbage bags of food.
It took weeks to get hazardous trash out of a common area
Save yourself the headache!
The property manager, Annette refuses to communicate, though my electricity and other tenant electricity has been out for days and they now children reside in the home. We are currently still without power because the refusal to fix the electricity.
I would give 0 stars if possible.

I have a great experience with M Property Group LLC/ MF Cashflow Properties I’ve been an tenant for several years and they response on the spot, they gets it done I really appreciate how they are concerned about any issue that may occur. I will highly recommend this company, they are awesome.

This was the second time we used them. They were great on the flat roof that had a history of problems. Since they replaced it six years ago, no problems! So we bidded out the pitched roof and they came in lowest and were the most responsive and professional. Gabor is a real pro.

I have entrusted Mike Fisher and his team with the management of my property for many years and have felt very well taken care of. They are very attentive and take great responsibility for handling whatever issues come up. Would recommend to anyone needing property management services in the Chicago area.

From the start they've been phenomenal. When I was looking for a new manager I warned Mike of all the difficulties I was facing with my property. He reassured me it wouldn't be a problem, he only works with the best. So thankfully they took over my property from my previous manager who wouldn't do her job and had let the place sit in disarray. And immediately Annette & her team was on the job, she met with the tenants on multiple occasions, explained the situation, went over every issue and fixed everything right away. It has been a great relief knowing that my property is in good hands now. I will always recommend them to any investor looking for a new property manager in the Chicagoland area. Whether you're a new investor or even an experienced one, you can't go wrong by hiring M Property Group & MF Cashflow Property Management
