From the start they've been phenomenal. When I was looking for a new manager I warned Mike of all the difficulties I was facing with my property. He reassured me it wouldn't be a problem, he only works with the best. So thankfully they took over my property from my previous manager who wouldn't do her job and had let the place sit in disarray. And immediately Annette & her team was on the job, she met with the tenants on multiple occasions, explained the situation, went over every issue and fixed everything right away.
