Skip this company if you are applying for a home. They wait 9-10 days to say No. They take your money for screening and won't pre-screen you. What I hear about them they don't keep up on their properties, stay away from the property manager, stick with Realtors listing agents.

If these guys manage 2100 Commonwealth they need to do a better job. These tenants constantly pile trash bags on the street. We need to do better

I had the worst experience with this company. They manage my property for a year and had it in the market for 3 months. I live out-of-state and thought they were managing and taking care of my property but to my surprise after it was not selling I found out the house is in terrible condition with no maintenance. I have spent over $2000 in cleaning, yard maintenance and repairs because after the tenants left this company did not complete a proper inspection and did nothing about the filth state of the house. They did nothing communicate with me and gave the deposit back. The lack of communication and care was noticed right away with how bad the house is. They still charged me a cancellation fee to cancel my contract. Do no trust what they say, make sure you monitor your own property because they don’t care.

Working with Oak Loop Properties has been nothing but smooth and professional from start to finish. They’re responsive, transparent, and truly care about making sure everything goes right. Whether it’s communication, follow-through, or just how they treat people — they really set the bar high. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a team that actually delivers on their word.

This company is a scam and the worst company I’ve ever dealt with . First and foremost John and his attorney is both up to no good . I received a key to a house never moved in because the house water meter was taken due to an outstanding large balance with the property owner OAKLOOP . I planned to give them the key back and that didn’t work because they text you and expect you to return a text message within the first seconds after I’ve explained i can’t have my phone at work . I wouldn’t recommend nobody to move into one of these properties.
Putting something on my rental history when i never laid a foot in a house is crazy .

I don’t recommend this property team; I’ve had many issues since I moved into this property I’m currently living in. Ranging from giving me misinformation about the specifications of the property. John told me that it was a hybrid house, but all components are electric. Wish I had known about that before buying all my appliances. Found out that the roof of the property has a ton of missing insulation which has been causing the roof to decay because of humidity & I’ve been 3 weeks without a functioning front door! There’s been a hole at the bottom of the door causing the house to get hot in this Texas heat & rodents try to come in at night!! Very upsetting that we are going thru the process of making a work order for it but they sent a maintenance guy with just a 2x4 piece of wood. I’ll Have you noted that the door has been an issue since the move in day. They claim to be the median between tenant and the owner but In my honest opinion, it’s just very amateur work. Nobody’s working alongside with the tenant!. They don’t care about the person you are, they just care about the amount of money you give them when the 1st of the month hits. It’s just extremely frustrating is all..
