I had a great experience living here. Really will miss the place! Simple Property made everything easy and if there ever was an issue they sent someone to fix it right away!

I loved how the workers always answered my questions and contact me in case if I forgot anything while settling in to my new home. Yazmin Dominguez did a good job contacting me on anything that I missed, I settled into my new home well, answered my questions quickly, and making sure that the maintenance requests are being completed.

This is my girlfriend and I’s first apartment and Yazmin was so helpful and available for us newbies. She sent us reminders for dead lines, was always pleasant to talk to, and has continued to tell us it’s okay to reach for any questions at all. Thank you to Simple Property management for having a place for my girlfriend and I to call home.

Very grateful for them. Good customer service. This is my first apartment and Yazmin was very patient and good about answering my questions. Yazmin also answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion. She was great. Be back in a year to update about the apartment if I remember. :D

We've been using Simple Property Management for a little under a year now. They manage our single family home in Grand Rapids, Mi. We are more than happy with their services. As a Carpenter and Licensed Home Inspector I am a hands on kind of guy but Jon takes care of the house and leasing so well that I am completely hands off. He makes very good decisions for us and we've been happy with all of them so far.
