Lovely apartment and area to live in. Set up was pretty easy with first showing and application process. Yazmin was wonderful to work with and has top notch communication skills. Apartment hunting can be difficult and they made it Simple. Pun intended!

I've been a resident for 6 months now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Danny has been communicative, friendly, and beyond helpful as a resident, and Yasmin was a great help during the leasing process as well. They have a great team, and system of apps for making payment, requests, etc. which makes it very quick and easy to manage your lease.

Yazmin has been very helpful throughout the whole process of my move-in and even afterwards helping with keeping the building safe making sure all doors are closed and locked working properly. She has been very responsive in a timely manner. Simple Property has made it easy to work with. I highly recommend Simple Property management.

Jon and his team have built a great reputation through use of strong systems, technology and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend their company for property management systems as they will work very hard to protect the properties they manage and make it as painless as possible for investors while maximizing the tenant experience as well.

Simple Properties has been excellent to us!
They have always been very responsive to our maintenance requests, and resolve problems quickly. They never give us grief or attitude for help that we request.
Their employees are always polite, friendly, and helpful over the phone or by email when we call with questions. In particular, Danny Ocampo has been very patient and helpful in all my interactions with him. Thanks Danny!
We also really like their tenant portal, their maintenance request system, and their way of doing the semi annual inspections. It is all very fluid, easy, and intuitive. They run a tight ship with good communication.
Best rental experience we’ve ever had! (We have rented with 8 other rental companies besides)

Simple Property Management has managed my properties for years. They're the best. I'll never work with anyone else. They fill my vacancies quickly, keep my units in great shape and don't overspend on contractor services. If I ask for extra communication, I get it. If I'm busy living life, I'm confident leaving things in their hands.
It's now been more years since I wrote the original review and they're still the best. They will be my property managers for life.

We've been using Simple Property Management for a little under a year now. They manage our single family home in Grand Rapids, Mi. We are more than happy with their services. As a Carpenter and Licensed Home Inspector I am a hands on kind of guy but Jon takes care of the house and leasing so well that I am completely hands off. He makes very good decisions for us and we've been happy with all of them so far.
