I used their refinancing service. Shervin Modir Was my point of contact. This was an intricate process, but we made it work. They came through as discussed. I would recommend this company. Certainly you can ask for Shervin. He will follow up and stay on top of things for you. He knows the process well and can help you iron out any difficulties.

I just closed on my loan yesterday and I can’t thank Adriana enough for all the help she provided to me from day 1. The transaction was smoothly and I am extremely satisfied with the service Adriana and Susan provided to me. I would definitely recommend them for your loan services needs.

Use caution. Went to them for a DSCR loan and it was a mistake. The biggest issue is that they use a nationwide wide appraisal company called Fast App which in turn bids out the appraisals to the lowest bidder. The appraiser was very incompetent and even used unliviable homes in his compa. I filled out the form to contradict the appraisals with real comps , only to have it sent back to the initial appraiser ( which of course is not going to admit fault or wrong doing ). I tried to reach out to the CEO of loan guys but you cannot find his contact information anywhere on there website. So I used the contact form to express my concerns and never got any response from anyone ( CEO or customer service ) I pulled my loans and went with someone else , and my new appraisals were $45,000 and $25,000 higher than Fast Apps. I lost $1800 on appraisals and re inspection not to count my time . My advice is don’t be like me and do your homework before you go with Loan Guys.

I worked with Brandon and he made the process very simple and quick. I could not have asked for a better company to help with refinancing my rental. Highly recommend them.

Her and her team worked diligently to make the process go quickly and smoothly they delivered as promised.
