Very great company to work with, great experience. I worked with Gisele, she is awesome, a true professional, and great at what she does, I Worked with Irma, and she is a great processor. I had a great experience working with Shervin Modir. He helped me and my mom secure a DSCR loan for her investment property in Georgia, and I can’t recommend him enough.
One of the things I really appreciated when working with him was that he was very easy to get a hold of, whether it was by email, text, or phone call even sometimes after hours,’he was willing to help.
Another thing that stood out about him was his ability to think quickly and find creative solutions whenever a challenge came up during the loan process. Instead of just giving the standard responses,( like a robot like most reps do he was the total opposite ) he really worked with us to find the best solution given my mom's situation.
