We worked with Brenda & Brendan Winans to purchase our first home in Bakersfield and we could not be happier!
The Winans made the process of house hunting extremely easy and helped us view a number of properties before we decided to write up an offer that was ultimately accepted.
From start to finish my wife and I were blown away by how professional and supportive Brenda and Brendan were. They answered every question and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a positive experience and got the house we wanted.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Kern county!

Working with Winans & Associates was an absolute honor! I set a goal to buy my first investment property this year, and after a brief conversation over the phone with Brendan, I knew that would become a reality for me -- his knowledge of real estate and the local market were very evident. Shortly into the process, he introduced me to his wife Brenda, who's worked closely with me as well.
This being my very first property, I knew close to nothing about buying a home. Together, Brendan and Brenda guided me through the entire process of picking a market, analyzing a deal, opening escrow, setting up inspections, walking the property, finding contractors, you name it! Their expertise in real estate matched with their eagerness to help resulted in me closing on my first property in a relatively short time.
I am excited to finish up on my current property and get back to work with them on finding a second. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to get their home buying process started to reach out to Winans & Associates. They will be there every step of the way.

I was moving out of town and needed to sell my house in Bakersfield. I wasn’t sure which realtor I was going to use until I spoke to Brenda. She was so knowledgeable and professional, I decided to use Winan and Associates. The people buying my house had one they were selling and I was buying 200 miles away. Brenda worked effortlessly coordinating with two other realtors on the buying/closing dates of the three different properties involved. I couldn’t have done it without her. I would not hesitate to recommend Winan and Associates for any of your real estate needs.

Our experience with Winans and associates were extraordinary. They made our first home buying process so smooth and headache free, especially since we had previously worked with other big name realtor companies and were unable to find a home. Brendan went above and beyond to accommodate our families needs due to our urgent circumstances and from the first day we had contact with him he found and had us in our home within 35 days which was awesome. We would gladly recommend them to anyone willing to work with caring, hardworking people. So grateful for all you did to get our family into our home. I truly find it doubtful that they would fall short of the service they provided us as they demonstrate outstanding integrity.
