I can’t say enough great things about my property manager and real estate agent, Mike Auguste. He has managed my rental property with professionalism, care, and consistency, and also did an outstanding job as the listing agent when it came time to sell.
His communication is excellent—clear, timely, and always transparent. He is incredibly patient, honest, and knowledgeable, and consistently stayed on top of market trends to ensure the best possible outcomes. I always felt informed and confident in every decision because he took the time to explain options and offer thoughtful guidance.
What truly sets him apart is his availability and dedication. No matter the question or concern, he was always accessible and willing to help. His integrity, work ethic, and genuine commitment made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and experienced property manager or real estate agent. You’ll be in great hands!

Great service and experience at an affordable fair price with my properties. No hidden fees unlike other realtors I’ve had experience with in the past. Highly recommend taking a few minutes and make them your first call. Will be happy you did.

We had a very tough time getting Exit to communicate and help us through the process of renting one of the homes they managed. After weeks of delayed communication and hurdle after hurdle we are finally able to put down our deposit and sign our reservation agreement. So we stop in three days before our move in date to drop off the check for our move-in cost and they tell us that apparently the owner will not be renting out the house. So three days before we move in we’re told the house is not ours anymore. And to top it all off we’ve been trying to get our deposit/application fees refunded with no help because apparently the agent is out of the office for a week. Almost 2,000 dollars just up in the air right now until the agent can make the time to fix the situation he’s put us in. We've packed our stuff and rented a U-Haul and gone so far as to set up electric/utilities to the home only for it to all come crumbling down with absolutely no time to figure out where we will be living. Three days before move in. Three. Days. So thank you Exit and Michael for the nightmare you’ve left us in.

Chelsea Cothron is amazing!! She asked want we wanted and found us exactly what we asked for please so much more!! She sold out house in a matter of a few hours!!! I highly recommend her to anyone that ask!! Joanie was amazing as well, she helped us and got us in our new home in 3 weeks!! The girls are truly amazing and are the best of the best!!
