I was going to wait for a review til our lease was up but this will be our 3rd month living at a rental house and it’s been a bad experience. The listing was on the market for a while and so they couldn’t accommodate to us moving in at a later date. We paid 4K for deposit thinking this place was worth and updated (ready to move in) just to be hit with nothing but repairs for things that should have been fixed prior to move in. There was cat pee, missing refrigerator parts- replaced refrigerator stopped working so my boyfriend and I had to buy a new one, washer only had hot water hooked up, dog poop left over and now the ac unit compressor is out. Idk what else is going to happened but I hope this will be the last problem, I hope we get our whole deposit back and are not blamed for all of this or they tell us it was used for these repairs. I am so irritated about how much money we put in just for this place to clearly not be ready. Missed work cause someone needs to be home for all of this to be fixed.

The deposit they wanted was an absorbent amount and there were things in the contract that they thought the tenants should be responsible for but in fact it should be the owners.
