Almost rented a house through this property management a few days ago. We decided to not because we felt a little miss led with the listing and with the owner taking days to supposedly respond to the team. The deposit they wanted was an absorbent amount and there were things in the contract that they thought the tenants should be responsible for but in fact it should be the owners.

I've worked with Nick and his team at Bullseye for several years now. I own 2 properties that I have themmanage for me. The service can be summed up by the following: Set it and forget it. Market research, repairs, vetting, and evicitions, they handle it all with aplomb. Bullseye makes owning my rentals 10x easier than it would otherwise be. If you have a rental property, don't waste your time and money elsewhere. Have Bullseye manage it for you.

I worked with Nick at Bullseye Property Management and it has been a great experience. Nick found us the perfect tenant who takes care of our rental and was reliable in paying rent. We are 4 years in, and Nick takes care of it all and I never had to worry about anything. Nick handled any needed repairs, the periodic inspections, provided great guidance on tenant matters and had everything well documented making it so easy for taxes at the end of the year. I fully trusted Nick because he was so reliable that I could leave matters in his hands. Nick makes having a rental property easy. I would highly recommend him as the ideal Property Management company.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Bullseye Property Management during the year they managed our property in Gilbert. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
Nick, the owner, runs a tight ship—professional, responsive, and clearly cares about doing right by both owners and tenants. Our property manager, Braeden, was equally impressive. He was always on top of things, kept us in the loop, and handled everything with incredible efficiency and care. Whether it was maintenance, tenant communication, or rent collection, Braeden made it all look easy.
Bullseye gave us true peace of mind. If you’re looking for a property management company that treats your home like their own, you won’t find better than Nick, Braeden, and the team at Bullseye.

By far the best management company I have worked with. Nick is very professional and quick to respond to any issues we may of had. Security deposit was back in less than 5 days from move out. Would recommend Bullseye to anyone looking to rent a home or have Nick and his team manage your property.

Nick is the consummate professional...always available no matter the time of day, and goes above and beyond to assure any issues within a property are addressed in a timely, effective and cost efficient manner.
If you are a renter, Nick has your best interest in mind. If you are a property owner, he delicately balances the issues at hand, keeping your best interest in mind as well.

My husband and I switched over to Bullseye Property Management last year, to take the stress out of managing our rental home. Nick Stratton has been amazing to work with, and stays on top of everything. We literally don't worry about anything!! If something comes up, Nick reaches out to us with the situation and guides us on how to handle it. For us, it is money well spent to not have the stress of dealing with tenants personally. We highly recommend Bullseye Property Management for your management needs.
