Very unprofessional. I called in about a property i wanted to apply for making sure it was available and told them I wanted to pay a deposit same day. I was told all I needed to do was apply then I could pay the deposit. This was not true. After I paid the (non-refundable) $55 dollar apply fee i was then told I couldn't put a deposit down till after my background. They did not tell me I was missing items till the following week. Oh, their application didn't have the needed items listed anywhere when I submitted the application. Because I was at work, I couldn't call them back, messaged them right away asking what was needed. As I said above, they didn't tell me till the following week. And then magically someone rented it out from under me. Unprofessional, would NOT recommend using them.

Imagine you are living in yours and your recently deceased husbands home and as if you haven't been thru enough you get a email that your landlord is not renewing your lease, I had no late payments, no complaints, nothing! 3 years I lived here and this is what they did to not only me but many of my neighbors so I would really think about that before renting from TruHome! When I moved out I personally changed every lightbulb myself then was charged for 6 lightbulbs $160, and for a remote that wasn't even there property, it was mine! I just feel like people need to be warned!

I'd like to thank everyone at TruHome for their respect and being so prompt on their tenants needs, today at 2134 8th Ave East Grand Forks we needed a replacement on a washer and it was replaced without any excuses. Thank you guys and keep up the great work Pete and Nadine apt# 101.

If I could give negating stars I would. Giving altumatims with only 30 minute notice have it recorded aswell. They said this is from Kyle and his puppy the handy man. Alison: " if u don't move ur car it will be towed. U have 10 minutes" mind u. I got a txt at say 8:05 to move it by 8:30am fine. Went to check it. It's dead. Can't move it. Need a jump. And they say. This ? Wild. And Alison also said they ( the business true homes) can decide whatever they want and do whatever they want. They were being nice with giving me time to move it. Wither it b 10 or 30 minutes. Great job true home🤣👌

My partner and I have been continuously working with TruHome Property Solutions on quite a few major and minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment we have decided to rent from them, and to say the least- we are impressed! Huge fist bump to Derek the owner, front end staff, and all maintenance personnel working around the clock to serve their tenants needs! Thank you for your hard work and most importantly giving my partner and I a very decent place to live for such a low price!

While I like the unit itself I have had so many problems renting from this company. The newer maintenance guy (can't remember his name) is amazing! He alone deserves 5 stars. I have also talked with Jason a few times now and he has been very helpful. However, I have had mold, electrical outlets protruding from the wall, ants, and other bugs. TruHome has not done anything to mediate any of these problems. The company they hired for snow removal took over a week to come each time and plow, leaving tenants to shovel. I asked about compensation being that snow removal is included in the rent and was told nothing could be done. When calling the main office I was told the snow company was unable to come as the snow was too heavy for their truck. Every time I have had to get in contact with the main office I dread it. They are not friendly, less than helpful, and I feel they couldn't care less about their tenants. I am moving in the next month as I cannot rent from this company anymore.
