Misconduct and Negligence This company does not operate in the best interest of its customers. I was deceptively led to believe that they were going to handle my request professionally and in accordance with the terms of my lease agreement. After numerous phone messages and emails unanswered, I was notified by text that they would send me the return deposit. They then did exactly what I instructed them NOT to do and issued the return to a former roommate who had no legal rights to the return. They have only replied with Oh well, you will need to get the money from the former roommate. This is an unacceptable response for a leasing company that should follow the code of integrity and ethical practices.

We had a wonderful experience with Shannon. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and secure throughout the entire property tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and was genuinely helpful every step of the way. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the experience enjoyable, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients. Shannon is a fantastic asset to her team, and we highly recommend working with her!

Horrible experience with agent Shannon. She totally ghosted me on property tour day. I made appointment a week ago and flew into Las Vegas specifically for the tour. Since I didn’t hear from her, I called office inquiring about meeting location the morning of tour. The next thing I know she sent me text saying “oh sorry property is off the market”. So sorry here is the TOTAL unprofessional part. Manager Thomas was kind when I called him to complain but still tried to say “well the listing just came off the day before your tour”. OK I totally understand that. But then you need to contact your appointments for the following days to let them know. Was she even going to let me know if I didn’t call to inquire about meeting location? I don’t think so. Then she had the nerve after all this to send me email saying “ your tour has formally been cancelled”. Yeah no kidding - I told you! Again, SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

They were professional, polite and respectful of my needs and my time. Lastly, their application process is stress-free and seamlessly completed online, but they made an effort to personally call and update me throughout the day—demonstrating that extra level of customer attention and care that really matters in situations like this. Ultimately, from initial inquiry to fully leased took a little over 24 hours, and I cannot recommend Real Property Management Peace highly enough for both prospective renters and landlords.
