David Bennett was extremely helpful, explaining to us in detail the pros and cons of different rental options - from pricing to how things should be listed, etc.
He also went above and beyond to help us set things up, especially since we had many different tight deadlines all clashing together.
Overall, highly recommended.

I hired David to rent my home, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, responsive, and addressed all my questions quickly. Even after our contract ended, he assisted with the renewal process, which I truly appreciated. I would rate him 10 out of 10 for his excellent service!

David has been very professional and supportive with the process of moving in our rental property! Not only does he put in time explaining how things work with me and my wife but if we have questions or concerns he will be there to support you in any kind of way! I would highly recommend if you want to work with someone to move to a rental property, I would highly recommend David and PMI Equitas as he made our journey very smooth and we are enjoying our rental property!
