I worked with a few of the ladies and each one of them were so nice, they even had a service to help transfer utilities which was a huge help. Definitely recommend 10/10!

For many years our agency has rented various locations from Authority property management and have had nothing shy of great experiences. Aaron and Jolene and their team have always been extremely helpful and resourceful to help meet our needs. They have worked with us in finding the right unit that was a fit for our agency and the clients we work closely with to ensure that everything we needed was found, addressed and we were comfortable in our tenancy.

We all know that moving can be a lot, but what about what comes before the move! From countless hours researching vacancies, to applying across various management sites, and touring while trying to move is basically a second full-time job in itself. But add in moving across counties, needing to plan perfectly over the summer because of school enrollment, and doing it during my absolute busiest time at work, oh and while my husband was right in the middle of a job transition making our application less than straight forward.... I honestly felt soooo overwhelmed! Thank goodness we found Kelci and Maisey at Authority Property Management. Seriously, they have been a total breath of fresh air through all of this! We had a million questions and our application had so many moving parts, but they were incredibly supportive through all of it. Every single time we called or emailed (which was a lot) they were so kind, patient, and reassuring—no matter how many questions we threw at them. You can just tell they genuinely care about helping you find a home, not just filling a vacancy. They took what started as a chaotic mess of a process for us and made it feel like no big deal! If you need a property management team that actually goes above and beyond to help you navigate the chaos, they will do this! We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we moved in, the property was in rough shape and definitely not well maintained. We put in the effort to clean it up and took good care of the home during our entire stay, including handling all of the yard work ourselves. Despite that, the owner had an issue with us removing a plant—even though we were the ones responsible for maintaining the yard. Throughout our tenancy, no one ever came out for maintenance or even basic check-ins, which made it feel like we were completely on our own the whole time. The biggest issue came after we moved out. Suddenly, there were a long list of charges that didn’t reflect the condition we left the property in, and they refused to return our deposit. On top of that, they require additional insurance fees that aren’t clearly represented upfront, so the actual monthly cost ends up being higher than advertised. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of support, and unfair charges at the end. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
