I'll admit I had reservations when I learned that my landlord was changing property managers. However, I am pleased with the service provided by Authority. Every question or concern I have had to date has been promptly addressed. Everyone has been pleasant, professional and prompt. Thus far a joy to work with!

Meah has been wonderful to work with thus far. She has gone above and beyond assisting to get us the rental that we truly want and will fit our families needs. Not set in stone yet - but she has been nothing but so polite, caring and responsive to all questions and needs. GREAT asset to your team!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we moved in, the property was in rough shape and definitely not well maintained. We put in the effort to clean it up and took good care of the home during our entire stay, including handling all of the yard work ourselves. Despite that, the owner had an issue with us removing a plant—even though we were the ones responsible for maintaining the yard. Throughout our tenancy, no one ever came out for maintenance or even basic check-ins, which made it feel like we were completely on our own the whole time. The biggest issue came after we moved out. Suddenly, there were a long list of charges that didn’t reflect the condition we left the property in, and they refused to return our deposit. On top of that, they require additional insurance fees that aren’t clearly represented upfront, so the actual monthly cost ends up being higher than advertised. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of support, and unfair charges at the end. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

NO ONE returns phone calls. The MOST helpful person was Meah. Tina was also helpful. I found two places in March and found out that someone was living in both of them since June of 2025. They did not take it off the website. Would not recommend this company. Be careful with them.

Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, they respond right away and quickly arrange for repairs, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
