Based upon application, approval, move in and under a month living here ...
no complaints, unit is clean, neighbors so far are all doing their own thing and we can too, quiet with car buzzing around traffic hour, sounds of the school bell and kids playing in background. Dogs love being able to get to the shore line parks and the Bay Trail.
Lol i do have covid atm and need to ask them about our washer and dryer when im better but im sure it won't be a problem to have someone look at it when I'm not infectious 😅😅😅🫶🫶🙏🙏💕💕💪

I had a wonderful experience with Authority Property Management. From the very first interaction, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Authority Propert Management is excellent. We have managed our own rental in the past, but with a new property purchase that had a unique tenant situation our real estate agent recommended we use Authority. It has given me such peace. They have been nothing but amazing with communication, transparency and handling our renters with care. I have no regrets and am so grateful.

We’ve used this property management company for the past two years, and the experience has been absolutely flawless. They are prompt, reliable, and take all the guesswork out of managing a rental. We used Authority Property Management to find a renter for our rental property in Redding. This was our first time with a tenant and we had lots of questions and concerns, Aaron and Jolene were thoughtful and took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the process of finding a qualified tenant who would care for our home. Super thankful for all of their help!
