Authority Propert Management is excellent. We have managed our own rental in the past, but with a new property purchase that had a unique tenant situation our real estate agent recommended we use Authority. It has given me such peace. They have been nothing but amazing with communication, transparency and handling our renters with care. I have no regrets and am so grateful.

We’ve used this property management company for the past two years, and the experience has been absolutely flawless. They are prompt, reliable, and take all the guesswork out of managing a rental. From maintenance coordination to tenant communication, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend their services and only wish we had more properties for them to manage!

I had a great experience with Authority Property Management. The whole process was easy and fast, which I really appreciated. At first, I found it a bit difficult to search and tour the available houses on my own, but they stepped in and made everything much simpler. Their support made a big difference, and I’m very satisfied with how everything turned out.

We used Authority Property Management to find a renter for our rental property in Redding. This was our first time with a tenant and we had lots of questions and concerns, Aaron and Jolene were thoughtful and took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the process of finding a qualified tenant who would care for our home. Super thankful for all of their help!

Authority property Management. Aaron, Joline, and Staff, has been godsend for me. I'm older and it took a burden off of me having to go to Redding to rent my house out myself. They are doing a wonderful job keeping up on the maintenance, care of my home, and keeping it rented. Thank all of you at Authority property Management
