Was always super happy to go check out more houses with the wife and I when we were looking. Also very knowledgeable in not only the broker side of things but also construction. I’ve been in residential construction and he even caught some things I didn’t see myself. He was also always quick to be right behind me getting in crawls spaces and attics every time I did as well.
